There are all sorts of last-minute changes going on in the Wales team.

Lisa Neumann and Caitlin Lewis have swapped wings, so Neumann is now wearing 11 and Lewis 14.

Lauren Smyth has been replaced on the bench by Lleucu George because of an injury sustained in training.

So England can all-but claim another title in what could be their final game, with next week's trip to Italy postponed.

A fourth victory for the Red Roses will take them to 18 points, or 19 with a bonus point, which is still beatable by France if they win their two remaining matches with bonus points.

But with so much uncertainty over when, or IF, those postponed fixtures will be rearranged, victory for England will put them in a commanding position.

Meanwhile, a win for Wales will lift them off the bottom of the table.

  5. Decision vindicatedpublished at 11:53 Greenwich Mean Time 7 March 2020

    England v Wales (12:05 GMT)

England's Zoe Aldcroft was the only girl in a team of boys when she started playing rugby aged nine at her local club in Scarborough.

After three years, she was no longer allowed to play in a mixed team and faced a tough decision: travel three hours every Sunday to the nearest club with a girls' team or give up the sport she loved.

It seems her decision to stick at it has been vindicated but you can read more about her story here.

There may be split loyalties between these two but there’s a very heavy England weighting to the crowd here.

It looks like an attendance record might be broken today.

It’s a bit wordy, but the record for an England Women ticketed home game outside a World Cup is 10,545. Ticket sales had passed the 10,000 mark at the last count on Thursday. Should be a great atmosphere!

While we're all set for rugby here, Scotland's game with France has been postponed after a Scottish player contracted coronavirus.

    England v Wales (12:05 GMT)

The Women's Six Nations is just one of several global events that have been disrupted because of coronavirus.

So much so that only one game is set to go ahead on the penultimate weekend of the championship.

But it's the big one and England can go a long way to successfully defending their title with a bonus-point win over Wales this afternoon.
