Andrew Priestley: At this point, with the game beyond Ireland, I’d rather France put 60 points on the board to run away to win the championship.

Peter Collins: Is anybody else getting a little worried about France getting the points?

    They can't - can they?

France are looking the more likely to overhaul England.

Les Bleus need another 17 points - with a fourth try being among the scores - to stun England.

Shane O'Neill: Stockdale just isn’t a full back. Playing him there is costing us today. With Keenan not in the game today, move him to the wing or make a change

Another pen to France btw. Kicking-between-posts range.

Romain Ntamack slots the ball between the posts again.

France need only one try and 16 points.

    Oo la la.

Saidmadrid: Ireland look deflated, heartless, a very poor performance in the decider game of the tour amantes. France keep evolving accordingly, this team will be a force in the next WC.

    France 25-13 Ireland

Ireland concede another pen and Ntamack finds touch just outside the Irish 22.

Julien Marchand either went rogue with his lippy or has streaks of claret across his face.

    France 25-13 Ireland

Another pen for France. This time on the left.

Romain Ntamack makes no mistake with his kick this time.

Now they need a 31-point win and one more try. They have a 12-point advantage - but if Ireland give up the chase...

That French try was tough to watch as an Irishman, but as an rugby fan it was great to watch - it was champagne rugby.

It was France at their best, they were given time on the ball which is the worst thing you can do. They don't need much to shine.

My message to Ireland now would be 'take the shackles off'. They have got to play now.

Romain Ntamack strolls over after he is fed by Antoine Dupont, following another decisive break on the left - similar to how they broke through the Ireland defence for their opening try of the match.

Ntamack fails to slot over the subsequent extras.

    France 17-13 Ireland

    Ugo Monye
Former England winger on BBC Radio 5 Live

It was 11 phases for Ireland in the end and they didn't make much ground and speed up the ball.

The net result was they have gone back to where the line-out was and it is France's ball.

If Ireland are going to win the Six Nations they have to do a lot more.

Javelbleach:Ireland don't have it in them to overcome France by 7+ points. And another 27pts for France is too big an ask too. This is England's Championship. Good night #6Nations & see you in 2021.

Ireland doing well to keep the ball alive here - eighth phase of play.

Johnny Sexton tries to liven things up with a kick through the middle but the ball is hammered back into his own half.

Andrew Priestley: Bemused as to why Sexton didn’t opt to go for goal at the end of the first half to trail by 1 point at HT. If Ireland are level entering the last 10 mins, then you roll the dice.
