There will be a self-belief from Edinburgh that they can win the game. Racing don't have Finn Russell, which is a big bonus to Edinburgh. They have a good record in France.

Sadly, we won't be witnessing any magic from fly-half Finn Russell in a Racing shirt, due to his three-week suspension following his red card against France when playing for Scotland last week.

I'm sure he'd relish going up against some of his international team-mates, and former foes when playing for Glasgow.

  3. Can returning internationals boost Edinburgh?published at 12:09 British Summer Time 4 April 2021

Edinburgh's season has been fairly dispiriting, in large part due to the absence of their internationals for most of the campaign.

The likes of Hamish Watson, Jamie Ritchie, Duhan van der Merwe, return to their ranks today.

And there's the small matter of Blair Kinghorn starting at fly-half, following in the footsteps of Stuart Hogg against Italy in the Six Nations.

Afternoon! Live coverage of Edinburgh's trip to Paris to play the star-studded Racing 92 coming up.

Richard Cockerill's side have taken some decent French scalps in recent memory, so it could be an interesting match-up.
