Fiji have made seven changes to their starting line-up today against Wales.

Former European Player of the Year Leone Nakarawa is a notable absentee having made way for Api Ratuniyarawa in the back row.

Dragons prop Mesake Doge keeps his place at tight-head prop after their 43-13 victory over Spain last weekend.

Peni Ravia returns at loose-head alongside Doge and hooker Sam Matavesi.

Albert Tuisue moves up to flanker with Viliame Mata preferred in the number eight jersey.

Frank Lomani is named at scrum-half after a strong outing against Spain, while wingers Josua Tuisova and Eroni Sau earn their places in the starting XV.

Fiji: Tuicuvu; Tuisova, Nayacalevu (capt), Botitu, Sau; Volavola, Lomani; Ravia, Matavesi, Doge, Ratuniyarawa, Mayanavanua, Tuisue, Kunavula, Mata.

Replacements: Togiatama, Mawi, Atalifo, Ratuva, Dakuwaqa, Matawalu, Naqalevu, Tuimaba.

Alex Cuthbert's summer move to Ospreys meant he was eligible to play for Wales again

Wayne Pivac has made six changes to the side narrowly beaten by the Springboks.

The one making all the headlines this week is the return of Alex Cuthbert who's not worn the red shirt in four years.

But now he's back playing in Wales and gets his chance in a revamped backline.

He starts on the wing while Josh Adams moves into the centre to partner the recalled Johnny Williams.

Liam Williams returns at full-back in place of Johnny McNicholl, while their Scarlets teammate Kieran Hardy is preferred at scrum-half to Tomos Williams.

Wasps flanker Thomas Young and WillGriff John are the only changes to the pack.

Tomas Francis was forced to withdraw earlier today after suffering concussion in training on Friday, so John earns a first international start.

Fellow back rower Ellis Jenkins - who earned all the plaudits on his international return last weekend - wears the captain's armband in the absence of Alun Wyn Jones and Jonathan Davies.

Exeter forward Christ Tshiunza is set to make his much-anticipated debut from the bench.

Wales: L Williams; Cuthbert, Adams, J Williams, Rees-Zammit; Biggar, Hardy; Carre, Elias, John, Rowlands, Beard, E Jenkins (capt), Young, Basham.

Replacements: Roberts, Thomas, Lewis, Tshiunza, Davies, T Williams, Sheedy, Tompkins.

  4. Good afternoon and welcome!published at 14:45 Greenwich Mean Time 14 November 2021

Hello and welcome to the Principality Stadium where Wales take on Fiji in the third of their autumn internationals.

Wayne Pivac's side are still looking for their first victory of the series after defeats to New Zealand and South Africa.

But on this occasion Wales will be fancied as favourites.

The two sides last met in the group stages of the 2019 Rugby World Cup, where Wales ran out 29-17 winners.

And they can expect another bruising battle again today, with the Fijians coming into this Test on the back of a convincing 43-13 victory over Spain last weekend.

And let's not forget the interesting sub-plot of each side's head coach having split loyalties!

Keep it here as we build up to kick-off.
