    England 17-5 Wales

As well as victory, both sides could do with a decent points difference to keep pace with France as much as possible.

At the moment, England's points difference is 42 to France's 52. Of course, they would also have to beat Ireland and France before the tournament is over to claim the title...

That's a great ball from Tomos Williams, it goes across three players and Steward was ball watching, but it's a wonderful, flat ball from Williams and pin-point accurate for Josh Adams.

It is the deception of the runners that allows Tomos Williams to put the long pass into the hands of Josh Adams.

It just shows how important speed of ball is and that is the first time Wales have had that today.

    Josh Adams

    Space on the left!

Tomos Williams clocks it, bangs a brilliant pas left and Josh Adams is round Freddie Steward and across the tryline.

Eek. Dan Biggar hooks his conversion left of the posts, leaving Wales with 12 points still to make up.

Wales have serious issues at the contact area. They are slow to clean out defenders and are conceding penalties.

    So close!

Liam Williams chips the ball along the floor for Alex Cuthbert to chase and Max Malins grabs hold of it and slides into the corner flag.

Wales have another 5m line-out. Can they capitalise this time?

    England 17-0 Wales

Wales look desperate for a score now.

They're right back at it off the line-out buuuuut of course lose it on the floor. An impressive turnover by Alex Dombrandt.

People have been begging to see Dombrandt in an England shirt given his impressive Harlequins performances and he is more than proving himself.

Blimey. Josh Adams makes it through several players bigger than him to get within 5m of the tryline.

But wait... England have managed to turn the ball over. Harry Randall clears his lines again. Opportunity lost for Wales.

    England 17-0 Wales

Wales win a penalty at the scrum and Dan Biggar whacks it into England's 22.

The visitors have surely got to claim something here if they are to have any hope of catching up.

Wales lock Adam Beard was asking for the referee to have a look at the line-out with Maro Itoje jumping across.

Mike Adamson was not interested and it was a gift for Dombrandt.

That was a complete catastrophe and lack of communication, a great finish from Dombrandt but what were Wales doing?

That was a stinker from the Welsh line-out! Awful, but Dombrandt was so alert and so alive.

    Alex Dombrandt

    At last!

Marcus Smith goes for a chip through and the ball bounces into touch. But it works perfectly for England as Ryan Elias loops the ball way long and Alex Dombrandt runs onto it and across the line for his first Test try.

Marcus Smith's conversion sails across the front of the posts. Still, it's a hefty scoreline for Wales to recover from.

As an English fan I worry every time Wales backs get the ball. They look like they can just bounce the English lightweights away. The English backs don't look like they could fight their way out of a wet paper bag.

England looking a bit more slick out of the gates as they find Malins with space on the left.

Wales have to talk about the defensive contact area at half-time.

Any more penalties in that area and referee Mike Adamson will be showing a yellow card.
