USA are enjoying their best spell - Mika Kruse dumps Freddie Steward with a superb tackle, then Ruben de Haas fools the English backs with a neat back of the hand offload.
Jamason Fa'anana-Schultz
Wow! What a response from the Eagles! They take advantage of English sloppiness to win a throw by the corner flag. Gregory Peterson catches, Jamason Fa'anana-Schultz takes it off and crashes over from close range.
It sums up a disjointed England performance at times so far, as well as some spirit from USA
England 26-3 USA
Josh McNally bats the ball out of the hands of USA's Ruben de Haas, then another error allows USA to kick for the corner.
England 26-3 USA
Marcus Smith gets the second half under way.
England 26-3 USA
USA make a few yards away from their own line after a scrum before hoofing the ball into touch as we go over 40 minutes.
That's the break - decent in spells from England but maybe not the consistency Eddie Jones will have wanted.
England 26-3 USA
England rumble over after a line-out but the referee doesn't think the ball was grounded - and that's the view from the fourth official too.
England 26-3 USA
It's not the first time a scrum-half has played on the wing - Austin Healey played there, and indeed in most positions from number nine onwards.
But that disruption has disturbed the flow of the game, and the referee Andrew Brace is not happy with the scrummaging. "I need it straight" he urges to both packs.

When we spoke to Eddie Jones this week, the England boss cited Freddie Steward’s “courage in the air” as something that has impressed him most about the Leicester full-back.
The 20-year-old has really looked the part on his international debut.
England 26-3 USA
Both players are off with head injury assessments required - Robson comes onto the wing for England. Christian Dyer replaces Brache for the Eagles. Thankfully, both injured players walked off.
England 26-3 USA
This does not look good - Dan Robson is stripped and ready, but where the scrum-half fits in is another question.
England 26-3 USA
Ooof! Ollie Lawrence and Marcel Brache collide, there's a clash of heads and both players need treatment.
Joe Cokanasiga (Con: Marcus Smith)
Marcus Smith, take a bow! He delays a pass to his left for a split-second, to allow Joe Cokanasiga the chance to hare over the line for his second of the day.
And to make a good minute or so even better, Smith slots a tricky conversion.
England 19-3 USA
England's scrum seems to be improving, they've earned a penalty after the Eagles' scrum disintegrates to allow a kick downfield that gives England a decent platform from a throw in.
England 19-3 USA
It's a bit harsh on the USA, who have not done badly - but England's class is telling at the key moments even if they are not at 100% just yet.
Joe Cokanasiga (Con Marcus Smith)
A quick tap penalty from Harry Randall, who feeds Freddie Steward near the touch line. The full-back punts it through and with the ball over the tryline, Joe Cokanasiga waits for a kind bounce before touching down.
England 12-3 USA
England's scrum has not quite fired yet, USA are making a decent fist of it at the set-piece.
Then Freddie Steward takes a high ball to start a move that sees Sam Underhill rampaging past halfway, but Joe Cokanasiga spills it with USA backpedalling.
It's not quite happening for the hosts at the moment.

England have at least three times kicked away good turnover ball. Clearly it’s a tactic to play in the right parts of the pitch, but it feels like this backline could put the USA to the sword with ball in hand.
Ollie Lawrence (Con Marcus Smith)
Centre Ollie Lawrence pops up on the wing after a fine catch to start the move - he takes Freddie Steward's pass and just gets to the line. As he does so, Mikey Te'o takes a piece of the back of Lawrence's shorts to reveal a bit too much, but it's a try - his first for England - and Marcus Smith knocks over a superb conversion.
England 5-3 USA
USA have responded well to the try, pressurising in the England 22 until a loose ball is hoofed away by Ollie Lawrence. Marcus Smith then shimmies with the return and gains good ground with a kick of his own.

Just like at the Premiership final last weekend, 10,000 fans are making the noise of many more than that.
It’s crazy to think that, apart from the 2,000 that were at the Autumn Nations Cup final against France in December, this is the first match at Twickenham with supporters present since March 2020.
