England 5-3 USA
Max Malins injured his shoulder by the looks of it while making that offload, and his day is done already - he is replaced by Jacob Umaga.
Sam Underhill
Back at'cha!
Straight from the restart - Marcus Smith's kick to the touchline is brilliantly plucked from the air by Max Malins. He feeds inside to Underhill, who barges through the tackle to touch down near the corner flag.
Smith misses the conversion, but that is a great response from England.
Luke Carty
...and he gets it! That's a mighty kick to take the lead as the ball just gets over the crossbar.
England 0-0 USA
England prop Joe Heyes is penalised at a scrum to give USA a shot at goal from the centre spot. Luke Carty steps up...
England 0-0 USA
Marcus Smith elects to put up a high ball deep into the USA 22, but full back Marcel Brache makes a fine catch under pressure in front of his own posts.
England 0-0 USA
Marcus Smith gets a couple of early touches, but his kick is returned well by Marcel Brache to force England into a throw in their own 22. England rumble back to halfway and a pass over the top from Ollie Lawrence to Max Malins is just too high to end a promising move.
England 0-0 USA
And we are off, with USA getting the match under way!

The anthems have been sung, and we are nearly ready!
England v USA (14:00 BST)
USA have run out to the strains of 'Enter Sandman' by Metallica - a big thumbs-up from me for that.
Both teams and the crowd have just applauded the NHS for its unstinting efforts in the pandemic, followed by the teams taking a moment to mark Rugby Against Racism.

England coach Eddie Jones speaking on Channel 4: "We want to take the game to the USA, we know they are a physical, aggressive team and for the young guys today sometimes the game goes past you. We want them to be in the game from the first minute."

There's been a plethora of international rugby this weekend - Wales beat Canada 68-12, Ireland got the better of Japan 39-31 in a thriller in Dublin, and of course the British and Irish Lions began their tour with a 56-14 victory over Sigma Lions.
England v USA (14:00 BST)
USA have not played since a 31-19 defeat by Tonga that closed their 2019 World Cup campaign. For coach Gary Gold - below - today's outing is all about gaining valuable experience as they look to the next World Cup.
"The important thing is to ensure our younger players are exposed to this quality of competition early and often in their playing career.
"As we look ahead to World Cup qualification against Canada and now two test matches against Ireland, we are confident we will see the experience of these games pay dividends heading into the next two World Cup cycles.”
England v USA (14:00 BST)
Harlequins fly-half Marcus Smith makes his debut, and it is fair to say that this is a moment to go in the file marked "highly anticipated".
"Being a Test 10 is always about making good decisions for the team… at 22 he is going to make some bad decisions, as we've seen with most Test 10s," says England coach Eddie Jones.
"At some time playing for England, the whole country is looking at you and every part of your game is examined… we aren't sure how Marcus will cope with that.
"His development as a player will be how quickly his game adapts from club rugby to Test rugby."
England v USA (14:00 BST)
The USA made a late change to the side they announced last week, with full back Will Hooley dropping out with an injury. Marcus Brache moves to 15 from centre, Calvin Whiting slots in at 12 and Christian Dyer is on the bench.

England are captained today by Lewis Ludlow, and the Gloucester back rower becomes just the fifth man to lead England while winning his first cap - the first since Nigel Melville in 1984.
"I was resigned to the fact I just wanted to be a good Gloucester player," the 26-year-old said.
"[Captaining England] is something that will live in the memory forever. I'm just so glad I can have my family and daughter there."

England welcome the USA to Twickenham on the 4th of July. With 12 internationals with the British and Irish Lions in South Africa, it's a new-look England side named by Eddie Jones, including eight making their debuts.
The USA have not played since the 2019 World Cup, so you'd think this should be a straightforward afternoon for the hosts at Twickenham.
