Jess Breach is yet to get on the ball in attack, she will want to throw a punch in the second half to show her coaches what she can do.

Shaunagh Brown loses the ball but it is judged to have gone backwards, South Africa pick it up. Simamkele Namba does well to fend Jess Breach and keep the ball alive. But South Africa knock on, frustrating for them as they were building nicely.

The line-out drive is working phenomenally well for England. South Africa have to find some answers to try to stop this.
Connie Powell
And the deadly set-piece works once more, this time Connie Powell is on the end of it. Zoe Harrison's kick is way wide.
England 24-0 South Africa
Despite a sloppy performance in terms of handling errors, England are running away with this. South Africa failed to capitalise on early chances and now the Red Roses have settled they won't be caught. Tatyana Heard wins a penalty and Zoe Harrison kicks to the corner once more.

That's the fourth penalty South Africa have given away for a similar offence. That's unacceptable.
Rosie Galligan will be really pleased with how she's going and how the line-out is a good source for the try count.
Shaunagh Brown (con Zoe Harrison)
They have their bonus point and it came initially from a Tatyana Heard break. England won a succession of penalties and the driving maul came into play once more. Nolusindiso Booi was also sent to the sin bin with another penalty at the maul but Shaunagh Brown crashed over.
Rosie Galligan
She has a brace on her World Cup debut! South Africa have also been warned not to have any more maul infringements. Harrison's kick is wide, she isn't the usual goal kicker with Emily Scarratt not involved today.
England 12-0 South Africa

England have been twice into South Africa's 22 and scored twice and that will please Simon Middleton after the problems they had against France.
England 12-0 South Africa
Nomawethu Mabenge looks like she intercepts the ball but it is judged a deliberate knock on. Catha Jacobs is back and South Africa are back to 15. Connie Powell's line-out isn't straight and South Africa opt for a line-out.
Poppy Cleall (con Zoe Harrison)
And while there are handling errors the set piece is working really well for England as they win another scrum penalty. Zoe Harrison kicks to the corner and they bring the driving maul into lay once more. They unleash the ball and Poppy Cleall crashes over.

I can't lipread but I don't think Marlie Packer is very happy with things!
England 5-0 South Africa
A huge England scrum push South Africa backwards and they win the penalty! The Red Roses almost lose it at the next line-out, it is scrappy. Poppy Cleall loses the ball in contact again, she must be frustrated as this is her opportunity to prove herself as a starter with usual captain Sarah Hunter owning the No 8 shirt so far.
