This kick tennis is really interesting. These long kicks means there are 20-odd players in the middle of the pitch not doing a lot.

ZS-NVB: It's so weird seeing rugby at the SCG.

Danny Care is charged down immediately by Nick Frost trying to clear the ball away.
England eventually jump on the loose ball and win a scrum. But that was a very nervy start for the tourists.

England coach Eddie Jones speaking to Sky Sports: "It’s a fantastic occasion, it might be the last rugby match here so we are honoured to be playing at such a prestigious ground.
"With the New Zealand ref we think there might be a lot of quick ruck ball at the start, and Danny is at his best when the ball is quick then Van Poortvliet may finish the game off.
"We have to be more consistent, we created more chances last week and defensively we have to be a bit tighter.
"A young team always gets lots from these consequential games – someone wins and losses the series today. We will enjoy the occasion."

It has taken England a couple of tests to realise how they want to play, but can they back it up? There is a real undercurrant of youth in this squad, and Jones has so much confidence in what they are doing.

FYI, Michael Hooper has won the toss and Australia will kick off.

Chessum and Ludlam deserve their starts after strong performances off the bench during this series, but the absences of Itoje and Underhill - two stalwarts of the Eddie Jones regime - will nonetheless be keenly felt.
However Australia are also badly hit by injuries, and while their backline still looks strong on paper, their forward pack is especially stretched.
Meanwhile, Jones' selection of Care over Van Poortvliet is intriguing, given how well the latter played in the second Test.
Care's experience will be an asset in a must-win game, but it leaves England with three backs replacements on the bench with a total of five caps between them.

Danny Care started the 30-28 defeat in the first Test, but dropped to the bench in Brisbane with van Poortvliet making his first England start as Eddie Jones' side won 25-17 to level the series.
Jones says Care has been "fantastic on tour" while Jack van Poortvliet is being managed after the emotional high of the second Test.
"Jack had a big emotional week last week, and we just want him to take a little bit less responsibility this week," Jones said.
"We've had a squad of 36 this tour who have competed hard and we're really proud of their efforts.
"We go into this Test with a strong squad of 23. It's a young, inexperienced but together group who have developed well throughout this series.
"We want to play with purpose and energy to win the series and a historic Test match at the Sydney Cricket Ground."

England head coach Eddie Jones says it was a "great feeling" to silence Australia fans as his side kept the series alive with a 25-17 win in the second Test.
Owen Farrell kicked 20 points as the visitors recovered from their opening Test defeat to draw level in the three-match series in Brisbane.
Jones said the Aussie fans are a "little bit more quiet" after the loss.
He also confirmed that lock Maro Itoje has been ruled out of the decider.
"I love coaching at Suncorp Stadium, it's a good experience," said Jones, who coached Australia from 2001 to 2005.
"You have got 48,000 people all full of drink and all they want to see is their team win. When you turn them away, it's a great experience. A great feeling."

New South Wales is set for a thriller.
The Sydney Cricket Ground has not hosted a rugby Test for 36 years, with England playing at the SCG for the first time since 1975.
We're hoping for a full house for this first rugby international in Sydney since 2020.
