And we have our first verse of Sweet Chariot, the Wales fans don't like it.

  4. 'It's getting physical'published at 17:20 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

    Tom Shanklin
Former Wales international on BBC Radio 5 Live

It's physical isn't it, there's some big hits going on. I think Wales have to be careful, there's a couple of times the inside ball has just frightened them.

  5. Missed penalty - Owen Farrellpublished at 17:20 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

That's a collector's item, the England fly-half lets Wales off the hook.

  6. Postpublished at 17:18 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales' set-piece creaks again.

Tomas Francis is the man penalised at the scrum.

Referee Mathieu Raynal has a word with Ken Owens as Owen Farrell asks for the kicking tee.

  7. 'Welsh kicking must improve'published at 17:17 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 0-3 England

    Jonathan Davies
Former Wales international on BBC One

If Wales are intent on kicking, they have to improve because it is just aimless and the chase isn't good.

  8. Postpublished at 17:17 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

    James Hook
Former Wales fly-half on BBC Radio Wales Extra

Wales are losing that shape after two or three phases, initially it's a really good carry from Leigh Halfpenny.

Three or four phases in we seem to lose that shape and contrast that to England they seem to keep their shape for far longer at the moment.

  9. Postpublished at 17:16 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

That's twice now that Leigh Halfpenny has been nailed after taking the high ball amid the England chase.

You can almost hear the wind being knocked out of him!

  10. 'Nice start Grady'published at 17:16 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

    Danny Care
    England scrum-half on BBC One

Mason Grady on his debut has had a couple of good little touches, he looks like he backs himself.

The guys have got to give him the ball a bit more, let him show what he can do.

  11. Wales need tempopublished at 17:14 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

    Jonathan Davies
Former Wales international on BBC One

I'd like to see Wales just go through the phases because the ball is so slow, they are shortening the line-outs. There hasn't been any direction at the moment, no forward ball to create those phases.

  12. 'Enthralling game'published at 17:13 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

    Matt Dawson
Former England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 Live

It has been an enthralling 27 minutes - one of those games that has flown by.

It has been relatively well disciplined, pretty accurate and quite obvious how both teams want to play.

  13. Postpublished at 17:12 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

The crowd is doing its best to get behind Wales

You feel they just need to build a few phases and make England defend.

That is a bonus for Wales, to be realistic they haven't been in the game yet.

  17. Penalty - Leigh Halfpennypublished at 17:08 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 3-8 England

Wales have a penalty straight from the re-start.

Leigh Halfpenny removes the scrum-hat and it's business as usual for the full-back.

  18. 'Beautiful play from England'published at 17:07 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 0-8 England

    Jonathan Davies
Former Wales international on BBC One

Beautiful play, flat, good hands, good width, brilliant set-piece play by England, brilliantly finished.

  19. 'Pace and precision'published at 17:06 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 0-8 England

    Matt Dawson
Former England scrum-half on BBC Radio 5 Live

There are no excuses now from England management about piecing together and learning.

That was a team try with pace and precision. That is probably the first England team try we have seen for quite a while.

  20. try

Try - Anthony Watsonpublished at 17:04 Greenwich Mean Time 25 February 2023

    Wales 0-8 England

England have their try, the ball shipped out wide to the returning Anthony Watson - he doesn't miss those.

Owen Farrell is unable to add the conversion from the touchline, as the ball strikes the post.
