Yes Gareth is spot on. The big number eight has been a real threat.

However I have to say, the handling of centre Michela Sillari is also tearing the Welsh back line apart.

Ps - it was Sillari's last-gasp penalty that beat Wales in Cardiff last year.

Giada Franco has been the most dangerous runner in attack for Italy all game and it showed in the build up to that try.

Courtney Keight was forced to take the number eight in defence and that helped create the Italian overlap.

A lovely tight contest brewing here in Parma.

Italy have just come alive in the space of two minutes.

They're throwing the ball around with abandon. It's great to watch... unless you're a Welsh defender!

    Veronica Madia (con Michela Sillari)

Italy strike straight back through the fly-half.

Wales wing Lisa Neuman got lured in and Sillari's one pass to Giada Franco did the damage.

Hannah Jones did a great job to bring down the number eight but Italy poured forward and scored in the corner.

OK... that lineout found its target. Wales drive on but Abbie Flemming seals off and Wales let Italy off the hook.,

Head coach Ioan Cunningham will be fuming at that one.

As soon as I say that, a second Welsh lineout has gone astray.

The lineout has been super efficient this tournament so Kelsey Jones will be disappointed with that.

Nice idea from Italy with the cross-field kick but Veronica Madia puts a bit too much on the ball and it goes straight out.

Italy are a great attacking team, their backline are really dangerous so we need to be careful with our kicking game today.

Giordana Duca did so well there. Wales went for the driving maul from a lineout but the Italy lock got her hands on the ball and wouldn't let go.

Ok so we get our first look at the Italian attack.

It's very direct and Alex Callender come up with a crucial turnover.

The flanker has had an outstanding tournament.

Wales need to tidy up a bit on their handling skills, they need a bit more depth and make the most of their space out wide.
