A delighted Glasgow assistant coach Pete Horne has also been talking to Radio Scotland:
"We're chuffed," he said. "It was pretty scruffy, but derbies are never as glamorous as you hope they are going to be.
"It was a brilliant finish [from Jack Dempsey], and it galvanised us a little bit. We came away with another three, and we're pleased - it was a solid first half.
"We've brought a bit more resilience. That's shone through in the last few weeks.
"It's really satisfying. It comes down to desire, being technically sound and looking after the ball.
"I'm delighted for [brother George Horne]. He's been injured, so it's great to see him going well. He's such a competitive little bugger, and his kicking has been on the money."

Glasgow's players were understandably elated when the full-time whistle went.
Here's a glimpse at what it means.

Edinburgh's try-scorer Connor Boyle has been giving his take on the game to BBC Radio Scotland:
"The try was a reflection of us as a forward pack," he said. "When we get in those corners, we know we can score from those.
"In the game, if we'd been a bit more disciplined, used our kicking game a bit better then we'd have had more opportunities to do that.
"It was slippy, but we practice with slippy balls so I don't think it affected us too much.
"That's a game we're disappointed with. As a team, our physicality underpins everything - we did that more consistently second half.
"Hopefully we can put things right next week."

Glasgow's Richie Gray has been named Player of the Match, and has been giving his thought to Viaplay post-match:
"It was tough - a physical game," he said.
"It was always going to be a battle of attrition - delighted with the win, but this is just the first half.
"I expect the exact same thing next week, I'm looking forward to it."
