Glasgow head coach Franco Smith has made five changes from the XV that beat Perpignan last time out.
Fraser Brown and Sintu Manjezi are the two changes in the forward pack - they replace George Turner and Lewis Bean, respectively. The impressive back row of Jack Dempsey, Sione Vailanu and Matt Fagerson is unchanged.
In the backs, Tom Jordan starts at fly-half, captain Kyle Steyn replaces Rufus McLean on the wing, and Stafford McDowall is preferred to Huw Jones in the centres.
