    Leicester 10-6 Edinburgh

There's a lot to process here, but it could well be a penalty try for Leicester.

Darcy Graham, running backwards towards his own posts, knocks on, and Jamie Ritchie, who was offside, prevents the Tigers scoring by playing the ball.

He's dragged over his own line, and Leicester are setting up for the scrum, but surely the officials will look at this?

You could hear Jasper Wiese smash his way through Jamie Ritchie from the stands in the build-up to the try.

He'd only been on the field since half-time but he showed tremendous power and then nimble footwork to dot down.

Tigers fans finally find their voices in the second half.

    What a finish!

Edinburgh fail to clear their lines, and cough up possession inside their own 22.

Jasper Wiese, introduced at the break, runs over Jamie Ritchie - no easy feat - and keeps his balance to score in the corner.

Handre Pollard adds the extras from out wide, and this game swings Leicester's way once more.

Duhan van der Merwe has looked cold and miserable out on his wing so far.

Mike Blair might well be telling the big man to come infield, get involved, and warm himself up a bit in the second half.

A man of his heft could be pivotal in conditions like these.

    Tom English

It's like a game that belongs in 1973. Balls on the ground, mistakes, the conditions look bad, the pitch looks bad, everything looks bad.

It's a shame, because I was looking forward to this game. Line-outs are a mess, and scrums are a mess.

It will come down to who makes the fewest mistakes.

    Leicester 3-0 Edinburgh

Just when it looks like Edinburgh had unlocked the Tigers defence, Darcy Graham can't quite gather the ball from behind him, and it's hacked clear.

Emiliano Boffelli is alert to the danger and sweeps back to prevent a breakaway try for the hosts.

And with that, the players head for the sheds. Fair to say it hasn't been a classic.

The bounce of the ball is favourable for Henry Prygos and Edinburgh - he releases Mark Bennett who barges his way over the gain-line and into Leicester's 22.

The home defence has been rock-solid so far, but they need one last push before half-time.
