South Africa 3-7 Ireland
There's a mad scramble out on the far side which must have about 15 players from both sides in it - started by James Lowe hammering Etzebeth.
It's declared a fair contest and Ireland win the scrum after smothering the ball.
Faf de klerk (47 mins)
De Klerk hits the post but South Africa have the ball after getting the bounce!

Ireland really need to win in the air a bit more, those turnovers are really crucial for us.

It probably a bit too early to make changes. Ireland got over the nervous start and the amount of collisions and the bravery they're showing.
There is so much talk about the South Africa bench but the Irish bench probably looks like it's going to have a bigger influence of how we're going to come out of this and the outcome.
South Africa 3-7 Ireland
Sexton threads a kick through and it's into the 22.
He's convinced it took a touch and it should be an Irish throw, but the touch judge is unmoved.

You have to take your opportunities when you get them and Ireland did take that opportunity, South Africa didn't take their opportunity down the other half.

The teams are back out in Paris.
Seven of the last 10 meetings between the sides have had a winning margin of six points or less.
Will we have the same tonight?

Ireland are so disciplined in every aspect.
If we can keep pushing it and weathering the storm, Ireland have shown that in those high pressure moments they deliver.
Hopefully it's not going to be the brawn that wins this, hopefully it's the top two inches and for me, that's why this Irish team are the better of the two teams.

Bundee Aki has taken a bit of stick in recent years but he's been sublime in the World Cup, and he has carried that form into tonight's game.
The player of the tournament so far?

The biggest talking point is going to be this line-out, this is not Ireland, we are not use to seeing it not functioning.
Yes we've coped with it and have weathered the storm and are certainly going in with our heads up higher, there is a real bounce to the Irish team going into the changing room.

That was just what we wanted. Both sides have lived up to the hype in the first half, very, very little between them. It will be really interesting to see what Andy Farrell says at half-time from the Irish point of view. They've had their chances, it hasn't quite worked for them but they will be the team that are happier going in at half-time.
