Sexton's wrist looks to be the problem here as he attempted to stop de Allende.

There has just been an awful amount of line-outs in the opening 20 minutes which is definitely a worry.

Where do we go from here?

The line-out is causing a huge issue here. Kelleher's throw isn't straight so South Africa have the scrum.

In even more bad news, Robbie Henshaw is on for Garry Ringrose, who is off for a HIA after a huge hit in the middle of the park.

This has been brutal.

Ireland go short with the throw and go through the forwards to build a base to clear.

Etzebeth gets a hand on Gibson-Park's clearance, so Ireland will go again from inside the 22.

The crowd have started into settle into this a bit now.

The unforced errors are very unlike Ireland. They became the number-one team in the world from making very few errors. This is exactly what they didn't want.

If you felt a tremor in Paris, it's just Eden Etzebeth being clattered by Tadhg Furlong.

That's a meeting of two mighty men, there.

Ireland win the penalty.

Tadhg Beirne does so well to win a turnover but Ireland panic and there's another handling error. James Ryan is the offender this time.

They're starting to add up for the men in green. It's not going their way so far.

Kelleher gets another bite at the cherry and this one lands just outside the 22.

This has been a big issue for Ireland in the World Cup warm-up matches and in the early games, Ireland have struggled with line-outs. You can tell there's jittery nerves.
