It really feels like Tomos Williams has injected so much tempo into this Wales team, he's become a running threat.
There's an offload from Nick Tompkins and then a great pass from Tomos Williams over the top for Rio Dyer to score in the corner.

The whole atmosphere has changed here and Wales have come alive.
They can't possibly come back... can they?

Shows a lot of character in this young Welsh side, they have definitely picked up the tempo.
Tomos Williams has made a huge impact - Rio Dyer holds the width and it is an easy try.

Fantastic offload from Nick Tompkins. Rio Dyer is left unopposed because Scotland had to narrow their defence.
Rio Dyer try, Ioan Lloyd con
Oh hang on... Dyer grabs Wales' second.
The initial lineout drive is quelled but they recycle quickly, Teddy Williams and Dafydd Jenkins carry hard and then Tomos Williams send a lovely arching pass out to the little wing who dives over in the corner.

Wales have got their tails up at last.
Scotland give away another penalty and Lloyd kicks to the corner.
I'd say the game is turning but Scotland are still miles ahead!

That's more like it from Wales with the tempo, they have to break the game up.

Exactly what Wales needed. Get that lineout, set up the driving maul.
The first positive for Wales in this game really.
Wales need to take heart from this and try and take heart from every little gain they can get.
James Botham
Guess what... Wales have scored!
Scotland will kick themselves at giving away soft penalties.
Lloyd kicks to the corner and the Welsh lineout drive faces precious little resistance.

There is no urgency and intent in the kick-chase from Wales.
Too easy. Urgency, tempo and communication needed!

The sea just parts. Van der Merwe is absolutely flying. Outstanding individual finish.
Duhan van der Merwe try, Finn Russell con
It's the proverbial 57 bus. He's waited five games for a try against Wales and now two come at once!
Finn Russell returns a lose Welsh kick, one dummy takes him past a defender and then van der Merwe simply rounds the last defender.
There was nothing Tomos Williams could do there.
