    Boris Becker

"'Boris, cricket today, you in? No kit? Just stick a white top and whatever else you think comes close.' Aside from looking like he's been roped in to play on the village green, Boris Becker also seems like he might be about to chin me. It might be something to do with the fact he was snapped just after rummaging around in his nose."

A chance for Cornet to break as the Frenchwoman hammers a forehand winner home but Bouchard retaliates with some deep hitting to hold serve. Ten minutes for the opening two games. If this continues, Andy Murray will have a long wait on his hands...

"American teenager Madison Keys has been giving a bit more detail on why she had to withdraw, rather than continue her third-round match against Yaroslava Shvedova, which had been halted in the darkness of Saturday evening. 'I have a muscle strain in my adductor,' she said. 'It's not terrible, not really long recovery time. But they were warning me it could get worse, make recovery time even longer.'

We've got our first break point in the first game of the match, with Canadian Eugenie Bouchard piling on the pressure on Frenchwoman's Alize Cornet's serve. However, Serena Williams' conqueror saves it and then rattles of the next two points to hold.

The warm-up is over. It's time to get serious. Alize Cornet to serve first. Play.

    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

"Side by side on practice courts one and two, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal, seeds one and two practise with a few metres of each other.

"Nadal's workout noticeable for rifle crack forehand, Djoko's for coach Boris Becker's get-up of neon trainers, ill-fitting tracksuit bottoms and tank-top jumper. Looks like he has been caught by surprise and has had to rummage through the lost property box."

  7. Cornet v Bouchardpublished at 13:04 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

    Tracy Austin
Two-time Grand Slam champion on BBC TV

"Eugenie Bouchard knows where she is going in the sport. She has set her goals and she is very mature and focussed and reminds me of a young Maria Sharapova. She has a big serve and moves very well. She will have been expecting to play Serena Williams but Alize Cornet will be a tough customer."

  8. Cornet v Bouchardpublished at 13:04 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

    Patrick Mouratoglou
Serena Williams' coach on BBC Radio 5 live

"Bouchard is young but since she has been on tour she looks like she has lots of experience, she always looks in control, she never panics if she is losing, she looks calm and she is very dedicated.

"She has the game for grass too. She is someone who moves up to the ball all the time and taking the time off her opponent which is great on grass."

  9. Get involvedpublished at 13:04 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

Alize Cornet and Eugenie Bouchard have strolled out onto court. Cornet, of course, caused the first big shock of the tournament when she booted out top seed Serena Williams on Saturday. Who is going to be the next big name to fall on Manic Monday?

  10. GAME AND SECOND SETpublished at 12:56 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

Wawrinka wins the second set on the hour mark, having converted three out of his four break points. The Swiss number one's unforced error count is double that of Istomin's but it's the winners which are making the difference. He's hit 27 to Istomin's eight.

  11. Postpublished at 12:51 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

Barbora Zahlavova Strycova is berating herself out on court 1 after a string of errors. That loss of focus has let former world number one Caroline Wozniacki break back so we're going with serve at 3-3 in the second set.

  12. Postpublished at 12:47 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

It's like A&E over on court two where Denis Istomin is feeling under the weather and lethargic so has just had the doctor on. Then Stan Wawrinka, who leads 6-3 4-2, slips and rolls onto his back before getting up gingerly.

  13. Postpublished at 12:41 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

    Mike Henson
    BBC Sport at Wimbledon

"There is something of summer teen flick "Bad Neighbors" about practice Courts 15 and 16.

"On 16 there is a bit of a frat boy atmosphere as Nick Kyrgios and his hitting partner taunt each other about their FIFA console performances and get into mock disputes over each other's line calls.

"On 15 it is all far more businesslike with Maria Sharapova bashing the life out of groundstrokes while coach Sven Groeneveld looks on steely eyed and mostly silent."

    Jo Durie
Former world number five on BBC TV

"Safarova is so pleased with that win but she had to keep all that contained during the match. She was so composed and in charge but you can see it means a lot to her. She played a super game with only four unforced errors and if she takes that forward, who knows what she can do over the rest of the tournament. We will see more of Smitkova but she will be disappointed with the way she played."

American John Isner edged a tie-break with Aegon International champion Feliciano Lopez 10-8 out on court three. Follow that match via the video console at the top of the page.

Elsewhere, 23rd seed Lucie Safarova drops just two games as she beats Tereza Smitkova in 48 minutes on court 18.

  19. Lopez v Isnerpublished at 12:31 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

Travis:, external I would have bet my house on Lopez/Isner going to a tie-break at some point. It has. First set.

  20. Postpublished at 12:27 British Summer Time 30 June 2014

    Liz Smylie
Former Wimbledon doubles champion on BBC TV

"Strycova is playing the better all-court game so far and being a bit more aggressive and creative has helped her in the opening set. Wozniacki has been struggling to make winners and it is up to her to take the bit between her teeth and do something about it or this match will be gone very quickly."
