A lesser-seen rally occurs on Murray's serve and it's Raonic who comes out on top with a gentle forehand winner. He moves to 15-30.

But Murray claws his way back in front and shouts of "come on" fall out of the Scotsman's mouth as he takes the game.

    *Murray 4-4 Raonic

It's actually hard to see Milos Raonic's serves sometimes because they're so damn quick. How an opponent is meant to return them, I don't know.

He moves to 40-30 with a 133mph ace. Wooosh.

The Canadian sees the game out and we're back level again.

Both players are playing at their best. This is high-class tennis, both are excellent grass-court players, and it's a fascinating match.

Murray manages to snatch the first point from Raonic's serve but the Canadian responds in style.

The world number nine swipes a beautiful forehand winner into the bottom corner and then hits an unstoppable ace to make it 30-15.

Murray outsmarts his opponent with a backhand and we go to 30-all.

But Raonic then pulls out a body serve for 40-30 and holds with a mid-air slam that Michael Jordan would be proud of.

Raonic's serve is not as rhythmical as John Isner's serve, but the snap he gets on it is quite something and the power he generates is amazing.

Queen's Club is quieter during the knock-up than most tournaments during play. Which is no bad thing, it all adds to the variety of the seemingly endless tennis tour. Polite applause for Raonic, a hint of a cheer for Murray... "Ready? Play."

Can either one of them put returns of serves into play to make this a riveting match? Raonic's serve is second to none and no matter how great Murray's return is, it's a formidable weapon.
