    *Broady 2-6 1-4 Murray

Liam Broady's return doesn't have enough devil about it to get him into the rally.

Andy Murray is able to plant his feet in midcourt, swing his arm freely and land big boshing forehands.

Another shut out of a service game. Broady is trying to chisel through the walls with a toothpick at the moment.

    Broady 2-6 1-3 Murray*

Andy Murray injects an overdose of pace into the rally at 15-15, upping the pace with a zippy backhand after an exchange of slice strokes.

A return right up onto Liam Broady's toes brings up 15-40 and two break points.

And he doesn't need to play another strokes.

A double fault hands Murray an early advantage in the second set.

After a dicey third set, former French Open champion Stan Wawrinka is now cruising to victory against Taylor Fritz on Court One.

The Swiss fourth seed is leading 7-6 6-1 6-7 4-1.

Britain's Johanna Konta is up next after the conclusion of his match.

    *Broady 2-6 1-2 Murray

Andy Murray has lost only three out of 27 points on serve so far.

He is landing with 74% of his first serves.

All ship-shape and orderly for his first inspection on Centre Court of 2016.

    Dinky.

Liam Broady feathers a dampened drop-volley out of Andy Murray's reach to seal the game.

That was dextrous, silky stuff. And gutsy too. Broady could have thrashed at it.

England rugby union forward Chris Robshaw is with us, sipping delicately on a glass of something fruity and boozey through a straw.

It is little incongruous for a man who looks like he is wearing a puffa jacket of pure protein.

He practically needs two seats in the Royal Box.

Murray settled down very quickly. He knows there is not a lot that Liam can throw at him and is going along business as usual.

Twenty-five minutes and the opening set is cooked.

Andy Murray is looking good, but he has barely flared the rockets yet.

Liam Broady is a good player - but a player that is like a budget version of Andy Murray.

He is decent in all the areas. Andy Murray is significantly stronger in all those same categories.

There are no weapons to give Murray pause for much thought.

Andy looks very good, very strong and is hitting the ball very hard.

It is going to be a tough ask for Liam today. Andy is so powerful and Liam does not have too much that is hurting Andy at the moment and he has got to find a few solutions.

Liam Broady makes a few more inroads into the Andy Murray serve.

Normal service is resumed though and there are no more moment of spectator self-doubt.

    Kyrgios 6-4 6-3 6-7 (9-11) 6-1 Stepanek

Not only does Petr Cech use his long-span stretch to save footballs - the Arsenal keeper also uses his fishing rod-like reach around the tennis court. The Czech is a huge Wimbledon fan and has been cheering on his good friend Radek Stepanek, who lost to Nick Kyrgios on Court Two earlier.

"In the last three Grand Slams he has been unlucky with the draw - he always plays great players," Cech tells BBC Sport.

"But I think he played really well. It was the small details and Kyrgios always hit a great ball when it mattered. It wasn't to be."
