  1. Djokovic's Court One strugglespublished at 16:04 British Summer Time 2 July 2016

The top players only play outside Centre Court once in the tournament and this is Novak's turn on Court One. He struggles on there, even when he goes on to win the tournament. In 2011 he lost a set against Bernard Tomic when he played there. In 2014 he went down two sets to one to Marin Cilic and last year he was two sets down to Kevin Anderson. He also lost to Tommy Haas on Court One in 2009.

How many footballers does John Millman look like?! We've already had Jordan Henderson.

I'm going to say that if Steve McManaman and Guti had mixed gene pools during their time at Real Madrid, Millman would be pretty close to what would result.

  5. Covers off Centre and Court Onepublished at 16:00 British Summer Time 2 July 2016

There are more ins and outs in the weather today than in the upper echelons of a British political party.

The duvets have been peeled back on Centre and Court One and the net post re-erected.

Players could be back out soon. They will barely have got to the dressing room yet.

The covers on the outside courts - unlike on Centre and Court One - are not being deployed.

We might not be much more than a cup of tea away from a restart.

    Millman 3-6 Murray

    Jim Courier
Former world number one on BBC TV

Millman's first serve just doesn't have enough on it. It's almost a gimme to get the ball in play. This is really such a nice opponent, it's batting practice for Murray.

One of the most amazing aspects of Djokovic's run is how consistently he's been able to perform. He's always eight or eight and a half out of 10. Today it's been much more variable.

  13. Rain on Centre Courtpublished at 15:50 British Summer Time 2 July 2016

Brollies blossom, the umpire hops down out of his high chair and the court coverers come scampering onto the court.

A groan from the crowd and play is delayed once more.

And Novak Djokovic and Sam Querrey have been ushered off Court One as well.

Sounds like a riot's occurring on Court One as Sam Querrey holds his serve to edge just ahead of Novak Djokovic.

Amazing atmosphere. The American now one game away from snatching victory.

  16. 'A comfortable set'published at 15:48 British Summer Time 2 July 2016

    Millman 3-6 Murray

    Jim Courier
Former world number one on BBC TV

Murray would probably want to do better on his second serve, but he could hardly have done any better on Millman's second serve. He just took a glance at the Djokovic score so he's aware of what's going on.

    *Millman 3-6 Murray

    Clinical.

Andy Murray strokes a forehand slice across court as delicate as a humming bird and then slams down a serve as heavy as a boulder to move to 40-15.

He closes out the set with direction rather than pace, arrowing a backhand down the line and against the grain to wrong-foot the Millman.

Can you believe that? Challenges unavailable for Djokovic when they would have helped.

Wow wow wow. Court One is the gift that keeps on giving.

Sam Querrey now has two break back points against Djokovic.

One goes amiss and then Djokovic screws up a half volley and the American nabs it.
