    Djokovic 7-5 3-3 Hurkacz*

Hubi is playing a little bit like Kevin Anderson did last year, and no we are not comparing the pair because of their height.

It's a lot of big serves followed by pounced-upon winners.

    30-30.

    Halep 5-3 Azarenka*

    Kim Clijsters
Four-time Grand Slam champion on BBC TV

You can have no hesitation in your game when you play Simona Halep because if you start to doubt yourself a little bit it becomes very hard to win points against her.

    Halep 5-3 Azarenka*

This seems harsh. There's a court violation for Victoria Azarenka as she slams her racquet into the turf following another unforced error. Her count is up to 18 now.

It was behind the baseline and there wasn't any smashing.

After losing the first point with another weak forehand, Djokovic holds once more.

You know once Djoko moves up a gear...

It's important to understand in tennis you're not trying to beat everyone.

You're just trying to beat the opponent at the other end of the court on any given day.

Its about finding a way to win certain points and certain matches. You can't be at your peak for every game.

    *Halep 4-3 Azarenka

    Kim Clijsters
Four-time Grand Slam champion on BBC TV

Simona Halep felt what it meant to win a Grand Slam at the French Open last year and she wants to win more.

Just a few easy unforced errors from Azarenka in these last few games.

It goes to serve again, but both players are giving each other more 'glimmers' now.

Djokovic, who was told earlier he couldn't wear his cap because it violated some part of the all-white rule, is still without a cap.

  8. Tsonga's Centre Court occasionpublished at 16:32 British Summer Time 5 July 2019

    *Halep 4-3 Azarenka

After breaking early and getting off to a good start, the errors have just started creeping into Azarenka's game over on Centre Court.

She mutters something under her breath - which is probably not child sensitive - as Halep breaks to go 4-3 up.

Even Jo-Wilfred Tsonga wanders past. The Frenchman can’t help but stop and have what might be an envious glance.

The two-time Wimbledon singles semi-finalist tries to play it cool, of course. Pretending he’s looking around for someone. Don’t worry Jo, we don’t blame you.

    Djokovic 7-5 2-2 Hurkacz*

Hubi dictates a rally but in looking for a sliced winner, his attempt woefully short.

In all fairness to the big man, he has found the spot time-and-time again when he adopts soft hands.

Brazilian umpire Carlos Bernardes has just announced one of the ball kids is off injured.

The crowd went CRAZY at that rally. Standing ovation, arms flung in all directions. That’s what they paid good money to see!

Hurkacz looks up for this one. So much so, the crowd seem to have his back.

A superb hold for Hurkacz having been 0-30.

That rally at 15-30 was incredible, and a crucial one for the Pole to take a point from.

  16. Halep breaks backpublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 5 July 2019

    *Halep 2-3 Azarenka

Azarenka saves a break point before double-faulting and giving Halep a way back in. When the world number 40 was 30-40 down, Halep held her hand up just as Azarenka was about to serve. It seemed to ruin her rhythm and the next two serves hit the cords.

    29 shots of pure quality.

Down 15-30 on your serve, that's pretty timely for Hurkacz.

Hubi is in a spot of bother here.

The 6ft 5in cap-wearing Pole goes long from the back.

    It's 0-30!!

Along with Federer, the best at finding the sweet spot with serves.
