After facing a break point to taking one in time quicker than a dash to the Court One loos, Dan Evans is now two service holds from the set.
That lifts the decibel level on Wimbledon’s second show court, with the fans rising to their feet while pounding their palms.

Over to Aryna Sabalenka to serve for the second set and level this match. She starts by thudding a forehand long, much to the Centre Court crowd's delight.
The second seed is really screaming into every shot now and finds the net with a backhand. 0-30.

Another double fault from the wildcard but this one makes it 40-15, rather than giving away a break. Aryna Sabalenka has other ideas however, lashing down a forehand winner from mid-court.

Dom: Really impressed with how the Brits are battling this year at @Wimbledon, external. Normally they arrive on a big show-court or against a top name, and simply don’t play their normal game. Boulter doing a phenomenal job of taking it to Sabalenka here.

There were more shouts of ‘Dan!’ before Evo served on the break point at 3-2 than there were from Partridge in that Norfolk car park.
These were prefixed by ‘Come on…’ though.
Evans didn't ignore them, using the support to rally and hold for 3-3.

Great point from Katie Boulter, working her opponent around the court and then finishing it with a volley at the net - Aryna Sabalenka is unhappy that the crowd were cheering before the point was over, but I don't think she was ever getting that back.
Boulter comes out on top of the next exchange too. Not looking fazed yet, the world number 219.
