That's match practice - concentration. He hasn't been at this level for a long time. He can't slip up now.

Oscar Otte was two sets up against Alexander Zverev in the French Open and then lost exactly a month ago today.

But Otte will never have had an atmosphere like this to deal with. It's a completely new world for the German and the 7,500 in Centre, treated to a brilliant Wednesday night's action, are cheering everything Murray does with fantastic noise.

The Otte serve dismisses the first break point but on the second it's a lengthy, top-quality rally from deep.

But eventually Otte is the one who blinks first, he pushes a forehand wide and Murray has the break. Two holds and it's two two.

Otte sends a low forehand long. It's a cauldron of noise as Murray eyes up three break points.

Now then. 0-30 on the Otte serve. A chance.

That's just what the crowd wanted, and what Murray needed as he wins the first game after the break for the roof to be closed.

Worth keeping an eye on the clock too. We have a curfew of 23:00 BST and yesterday it meant the Nick Kyrgios v Ugo Humbert match over on Court One had to be stopped at 3-3 in the fifth.

We may all be hoping Murray won't hurt himself, but Otte's younger and fresher and throwing himself about.

A dive is no good when you don't win it and Murray wins the first point after the restart. 15-0

Murray's looking pretty fresh still, in comparison to the end of his last match.

Of course we're all on hip-watch all the time... but fortunately I don't think that's been an issue today.

Andy's not match fit, but we still want him to play as he did on this court when he won Wimbledon - it's just not possible.

I'm sure he feels the same as we do ten times more. He doesn't have the same aura as he once had on this court, but it's obviously understandable.

This is how Oscar Otte broke in the third set to help him to a two sets to one lead.

Andy will welcome the break here. He's meeting his team for a debrief and maybe get some treatment on his hamstring... although it looks like they're not allowed to leave their box!

It's because they're not allowed to come into contact with the public, I think. Andy will be fuming.

There's a guy on the front row near the scoreboard wearing what looks like a Scotland shirt.

He's going mental every time Andy Murray wins a point and Murray seems to have noticed him because, before the change of ends, he was celebrating in his direction every time.

Murray got close and took a couple of points off the Otte serve in that game, but couldn't get over the finish line.

That's a hold for Otte and that's us done as an outdoor match.

The roof is to be closed and when we come back in about 15 minutes it's an indoor one.

Eighteen-year-old British wildcard, Emma Raducanu, speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live: "I fell three or four times in my match today. The court's are slippery, it's tough to push off - sometimes you find yourself slipping.

"I'll have to get used to it, I think a lot of other players are finding the same."

Every point Murray wins is hugely cheered by the crowd, but they're not loud enough for Murray as he winds them up to be even louder.

Murray holds as we're not far from 9pm. "Andy, Andy, Andy," is the cry. It looks a bit rubbish typed out but it sounds good in real life.

Remember, the roof is still open. The players will be off court for 15 minutes when it has to be closed - and that will surely have to be soon.

The very, very good news is that Murray is seemingly moving freely and that slip, which looked a bad one, has not done any damage to his body.

think about what Otte is achieving. He's always looked up to Murray and to beat him on Centre Court will be the highlight of his career.

The fact Diego Schwartzman was screaming triumphantly as Liam Broady sent his final shot long shows he knew he was in a battle.

Broady will look with regret to 18 break points, only three of which he took.
