One break of serve in the second and third set was enough to clinch the victory - credit to Marton for fighting and hanging in there, he had a great tournament."

Ooh. That is long, but Novak Djokovic will challenge the call... and he's right! The top seed's backhand just tickled the chalk. He fires down an ace for 30-0 before cupping a backhand on the stretch into the tape. But Marton Fucsovics goes long, and now the chance arises. Two match points.

Khachanov settles in to his opening service game, the Russian moving to 40-0, but a double fault brings Shapovalov into contention at 40-30 before the Canadian smacks beyond the baseline.

Right then, Novak Djokovic to serve for a place in the Wimbledon semi-finals...

Boom. Some serious venom in that forehand from Marton Fucsovics, an absolute bullet. He comes into the net to close the angle on the next but then whips a forehand long.

The Hungarian blasts down a meaty serve before Novak Djokovic goes long and he holds.

It's been a great contest so far between Denis Shapovalov and Karen Khachanov, and a whopping serve from the Canadian finishes off an excellent set.

Novak Djokovic holds his hands in the air to apologise after winning the point via the cord. Nothing lucky about the next couple of points as he rifles down a big serve and then a ferocious forehand winner. The Serb finds the net with a similarly snappy forehand but holds to 15.

All of a sudden, he's one game away from the semi-finals.

There's no stopping Shapovalov in this set.

A second break of serve - and a fourth game on the bounce - allows the chance to serve out a dominant set and take us to a decider.

Hello! Fucsovics is having none of Djokovic's games as he saunters to the net and dices over a delightful drop volley of his own. The Hungarian holds.

A little "come on" under his breath from Marton Fucsovics after a well-timed winner, he follows up with a string-shattering serve... but Novak Djokovic won't let him hold, getting the Hungarian on the run like a PE teacher dishing out the bleep test and eventually putting him out of his misery with a drop volley. Deuce.

The momentum is firmly with Shapovalov now.

After losing consecutive sets, a hold to love puts him in a commanding position at 4-1 in the fourth.

Djokovic makes you play one more shot and Marton must think 'I have to win the point three times, every time!'

And Novak Djokovic quickly puts away and hopes the Hungarian had of breaking back with an ace to maintain his advantage in the third set.
