He lands an ace and a smart forehand winner down the line on his way to 40-0, but Berrettini halts his run of lost points with a smash.
The Italian nets on the next point and it's a comfortable hold for Djokovic to back up that break.

Berrettini was 5-2 behind and looking all over the place. A brilliant hold of more than 11 minutes, with Djokovic wasting a set-point chance proves crucial and Berrettini then wins it in the tie-break.
