It looked like Tsitsipas just lost concentration and by the time he got it back Andy already had three break points.

I think he'll come out the next change of ends a bit more focussed.

  12. 'You can't ever write off Murray'published at 23:20 British Summer Time 30 August 2021

    Laura Robson
Former British number one on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

I think Andy has still got the belief. The level has dropped slightly but he has played such good tennis to get to this stage of the match.

Look at how fast the momentum has changed in this set. Andy for sure still thinks he is very much in this even if it does go to five.

He has so much experience at Grand Slam level. You can't ever write him off.

    Laura Robson
Former British number one on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

It's hard to know which way this match is going to go now.

I feel like Andy is still the better player but does he have the energy one last time to come back and take this in four?

If it goes to five you have to lean towards Tsitsipas so many times but Andy has proved us wrong so many times.

Nobody thought he would be in this position.

    Murray 6-2 6-7 (7-9) 6-3 0-4 Tsitsipas*

We're approaching three and a half hours of play on Arthur Ashe. It's draining stuff out there in the heat.

Murray is in trouble on serve as Tsitsipas edges 15-40 up, and the former champion whips a forehand into the net to fall a double break behind. A fifth set beckons.

Sam Shatterface: Seeing Andy play like this with one hip, you have to wonder what could have been. He was struck down at world no. 1, playing at his peak. He probably would have at least 7/8 slams by now. No doubt one of the very very best ever!

    Laura Robson
Former British number one on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra

You have to think this one is going to five sets now.

There has been a bit of a drop in energy from Andy. He has done so well to keep the intensity high.

But in every five-set match you're going to have highs and lows.
