That was hair-raising stuff. Hopefully the second set delivers the same level of ball-striking quality.
*De Minaur 5-7 Draper
A poor drop shot from Draper. 0-15.
Time for a regroup. Oh dear, at 30-15, Draper's serve eludes him with a double fault.
Then another edgy shot sails wide and it's break point De Minaur.
The crowd tries to lift Draper, who responds with a big serve to take it to deuce.
What's next? An ace, that's what! 125mph.
Set point. And then a simply stunning rally, during which both players run themselves ragged chasing the ball before De Minaur nets.
Draper takes the first set! Incredible tennis.
*Berankis 4-6 4-6 6-4 1-4 Nadal
A hold to 15, concluded with a swinging ace that leaves Berankis motionless, takes Nadal two holds of serve away from round three.
Berankis 4-6 4-6 6-4 1-3 Nadal*
No rustiness from Berankis as his serve is a superb one, which Nadal can't return, to wrap up the game, his first of the fourth set. Nadal has a break though.
An hour since the last point Berankis, with game point, has the ball in his hand and we're back on Centre.
Play!
De Minaur 5-6 Draper*
Draper's got the break! He'll serve for the opening set.
Both players are absolutely walloping the living daylights of the ball. Gripping stuff.
*De Minaur 5-5 Draper
De Minaur mishits a cross-court forehand as Draper goes 0-15 and then the Brit hammers a passing forehand down the line!
This could be a big chance.
Oh that's brilliant from De Minaur, stretching every sinew to connect with another punishing Draper forehand and eventually forces a mistake from the Brit at the net. 15-30.
Another bruising baseline exchange ends with De Minaur netting his backhand - Draper has two break points!
*Berankis 4-6 4-6 6-4 0-3 Nadal
Right. Roof, closed. Grass, dried. Mexican Wave, waved.
The players are back out there on Centre so a quick practice session to see if they remember what to do, then we'll be back in action.
*De Minaur 5-5 Draper
De Minaur wins the opening point at the net but Draper unleashes an unstoppable serve that finds the corner and follows it up with another one off the middle.
Draper's backhand error sees him pegged back to 30-30 but a looping forehand winner takes the Brit to the brink of the game.
Oh, what a return from De Minaur. Deuce.
The pressure's on Draper, or so it should be as he wallops another ace - his fifth - past the 19th seed.
Then De Minaur nets a forehand - Draper holds! Clutch.

You know the fans are getting bored when the Mexican Wave comes out.
Centre Court gleefully rises in unison five or six times as it sweeps around the stadium.
Sir Cliff Richard doesn't join in. He stays in the shadows.
But there is congratulations from those who take part - to themselves - after the final one.
De Minaur 5-4 Draper*
Jack Draper will serve to stay in the opening set.
While we're back under way on Court One, we're yet to see Ricardas Berankis and Rafael Nadal again on Centre as the playing surface still needs a bit of work to make it drier and safe.
De Minaur 5-4 Draper*
Now then, a couple of loose forehands from De Minaur gives Draper a semi-opening at 30-30.
The Australian sends another one deep and the Brit leaves it, confident that it was long again.
Hawkeye takes a while to load up, but when it does, the screen shows the ball was just about in.
Draper isn't happy and a long backhand won't cheer him up as De Minaur holds.
Seeing some great footage back stage as Rafael Nadal, indoors where the players make their entrance to the court, goes through an imaginary serving routine all while a guard watches on trying to keep a straight face.
*De Minaur 4-4 Draper
A compelling rally at 15-15 ends with Alex de Minaur smacking a forehand into the net.
Jack Draper takes the next point before brushing a backhand winner past the Australian to secure a confident hold.
That'll get him back in the groove.

You can have all the high-end technology you want in the world, but now and again the simple things are what work best.
Plain white towels, like the sort you'd get in your local gym, are dished out in one corner of Centre Court as the groundstaff wipe down the perimeter areas exposed to the deluge.
Security staff also grab a piece of linen or two to dry off some of the seats near the front.
Nobody wants a wet bum for the next few hours.
We've had a 35-minute delay since the last points on Centre and Court One. It's still looking extremely miserable outside so it's Ricardas Berankis v Rafael Nadal on Centre and Alex de Minaur v Jack Draper on Court One to entertain us for the foreseeable future.
De Minaur 4-3 Draper*
The roof is closed, the cover is off and the players are back out on Court One after a break of around half an hour.
They'll smack a few balls to warm up first, of course, then we'll get going again.
*Berankis 4-6 4-6 6-4 0-3 Nadal

Applause and cheers around Centre Court as the cover is peeled back.
The umpire's chair is wheeled back on, the net is raised and the players will reappear shortly.
They will be allowed a short warm-up before play gets back under way, with Rafael Nadal three games away from a third-round meeting with Italian Lorenzo Sonego.
Good news. The roofs have been closed on Centre and Court One, the covers are off and we're just waiting for the players to get back out there.
