    Raducanu 6-7 (4-7) 5-4 Noskova*

Noskova pushes Raducanu deep behind the baseline and the Brit swirls her racquet in annoyance as she nets.

She needs some good first serves, which she finds, and a sterling cross-court forehand is enough to break down Noskova's defences.

Game, Raducanu. Noskova will serve to stay in this set.

    Raducanu 6-7 (4-7) 3-4 Noskova*

    Is something building for Raducanu?

She goes toe-to-toe with Noskova to move to 0-30 but she's irked when she floats a backhand long.

Noskova whips a serve out wide that Raducanu can do nothing with, cancelling out the Briton's lead, but a backhand into the net hands Raducanu a crucial break back point.

A couple of misses from both players at the start of this game, before Noskova takes charge on serve.

It's that backhand again that does the trick, and it's back over to Raducanu once more.

That could be the biggest game of the match. Emma really had to get back into that set but the good thing from her point of view was that a couple of Noskova's misses were wild!

    *Raducanu 6-7 (4-7) 2-2 Noskova

We were all treated to teenage qualifier Emma Raducanu dazzling at the US Open last year.

But it's Linda Noskova who will believe a big upset is possible today in Paris.

The 17-year-old delivers again on the backhand to move to 0-30 on the Raducanu serve.

Raducanu was in charge of the first set for the majority of the time.

Dropshot comes in and Raducanu decides 'I'm not going for that, that is far too good'.

    Just the more aggressive player.

    *Raducanu 6-7 (4-7) 1-1 Noskova

For starters, that Noskova backhand needs to be avoided at all costs... The Czech returns at full force and Raducanu can't steer the ball back in play. 15-30.

    *Raducanu 6-7 (4-7) 1-1 Noskova

There's no sign of Noskova taking her foot off the gas anytime soon. The Czech holds to level in the second set. Lots for Raducanu to be thinking about.
