No-one wants to make a move at the moment. This pace is crawling along. We don't usually see this in the women's event.

I think someone soon, will make a move. I think we will see some of the Norwegians start to do it. Marit Bjoergen will get a bit fed up too and will want to show people who is boss soon.

Marit Bjoergen is one of the greatest performers we have ever had. It is such a tough sport and it is incredible to compete at the top level for as long as she has.

Not only could Marit Bjoergen be the number one female Olympian of all time, she could be the all-time best full stop - male or female! There are one or two candidates who could potentially beat her here today though.

    BBC Sport in Pyeongchang

One event down, it's time to move on to the next.

Some of the local media are taking the ‘every moment matters’ unofficial Olympic slogan to the extreme with editing on the go between events.

They’ve just finished (writing and photographing) the men’s slopestyle, are heading to ski jumping now and may squeeze in some luge before the day’s end. I'm heading to the Alpensia Sliding Centre to watch Brits Adam Rosen and Rupert Staudinger in action.

What’s this queue for, then? Ice hockey? Figure skating?

Nope, a popular fast food chain has just opened its doors to the public, and it’s at capacity.

This is just the line to get into the tent, you’ve got to join another queue to order your nuggets.

    I’ll come back another time.
