When fast food chef Cha Gwen Sol added a "Flying Tomato burger" to the menu of his Pyeongchang restaurant as an Olympic gimmick, he never expected the owner of the nickname, snowboarding star Shaun White, to turn up and order one.

"Is it real? This is Shaun White? It is not a dream? Shaun White tells me it is real. Oh my God, unbelievable," said Cha.

"He ordered from me the Flying Tomato Burger and so I cook it for him. Today is a very happy day."

"I am going to the snowboard halfpipe final on Valentine's Day with my girlfriend. I really wish he gets a gold medal again. I think every day: return of the king, return of the king."

How good was Red Gerard's gold medal run in the slopestyle final this morning? The 17-year-old American, who just collected his medal, has captured the hearts of everyone with that victory...

"Going into that last run, Red Gerard was in last place and he knew he had to pull out the perfect run. He had all of his family there watching him too.

"Maybe he is so young he doesn't understand the pressure yet. He delivered and put it down. Some of the athletes didn't push themselves properly.

"These guys have seen the course run but they have to adapt continuously to the speed. And his just flowed - it was like Roger Federer playing tennis. It was precision to the maximum.

"He knows he can do it at the end and he left it all to the last jump and he delivered. His aim was to have fun and he had so much he ended up executing the perfect run!"

    Luge lack of funding

    Amy Williams
Olympic gold medallist skeleton racer on BBC TV

We all know we have to win medals in order to get the funding. Skeleton have been very lucky because we have had good funding. Let's just hope that after this we can get some sponsors for luge. We all know that technology and equipment makes a huge difference.

It's a Catch 22 - you have to have the money in order to do well but if you don't have the money you can't do well.

On lack of funding in Luge

    Chemmy Alcott
Four-time Olympic alpine ski racer on BBC TV

We have been talking about the lack of funding for luge in Great Britain, after Adam Rosen came 22nd and Rupert Staudinger 33rd to miss out on places in the fourth and final run.

Someone has to be so super talented to do well without all of the equipment in order to achieve funding.

Andrew Musgrave has done that. He has moved to Norway and made a new life there.

But that has not stopped the 36-year-old. He has just finished in his sixth appearance in a Winter Olympics, after being only 16 when he made his debut in Nagano in 1996. He is cheered on by a band of followers from his country, and lifts his sled aloft to great cheers from his fans. A brilliant story

    Men's 10km sprint

We have had drama at the biathlon with the season's dominant figures Johannes Thingnes Bo of Norway and France's Martin Fourcade both missing three shots in their opening shoot and forced to ski penalties.

Bo will finish without a medal and Fourcade needs an amazing last circuit to have a chance.

The lead is currently held by Germany's Arnd Peiffer.
