While we are on the subject of the Canadian mixed curling team, meet John Morris.
This fella is not only a certified personal trainer, but also serves as a full-time firefighter.
If you stick him into a search engine, you find pictures that, erm, set pulses facing.
Canada 2-2 Norway
Jackie Lockhart
Four-time Olympic curler on BBC TV
This game could've been so different if Canada had pulled off some key shots in the match.
But, as it stands, it's finely poised. The momentum has certainly swung in the favour of Norway.
Mixed curling semi-final: Canada 2-2 Norway
Norway have got themselves back into this semi and in a strong position in the third end, albeit with Canada holding the advantage of the hammer.
The winners play either OAR or Switzerland in the final.
What I like about that chap is he is wearing one pair of gloves, but also has another tucked into the strap of his bag. You know it's cold when one pair of gloves isn't enough.
Let me know the coldest you have been watching sport. The live text desk has just been discussing a trip to watch Sunderland reserves. Painful enough, without it being cold.

BBC Sport in Pyeongchang
We’re beginning to sound like broken records by uttering the words “IT IS FREEZING” but the wind chill is biting and actually making it painful at times.
This guy knows how to keep warm though, “the key is layers” he says - with a sizeable dose of all-American style and confidence - which I’m sure is boosted by his cape.
Frustration, though, here as the athletes and fans are forced to endure further delays to the women’s slopestyle event. Everyone desperately hoping the conditions calm and the event can finally begin.
Women's giant slalom
That women's giant slalom event that has been postponed today will now take place on Thursday, the same day as the men's downhill.
It's going to get congested on the mountains. Like Val Thorens at Christmas.
Don't take my word for it, though.
Watch this and allow yourself to be impressed.
Apologies, Callum, but there is another delay of at least half an hour. That means we won't be getting to the slopestyle final until 02:00 GMT at the very earliest.
Stick it out with me. If the men's final yesterday is anything to go by, it will be well worth it.

Callum Rowe: Staying up until 1am to watch Aimee Fuller send it in the slopestyle final is bad enough. I don’t think I can take any delays!
And so, now we're up to speed, it leaves me to ask: How the devil are you?
How are you coping with these Olympic hours? Has your social life ended? Can you remember what daylight looks like?

If we do get some slopestyle action, that would be one of seven gold medals to be dished out on this third day (it should have been eight, but we lost the women's giant slalom).
Over the next few hours, the team figure skating champions will be crowned and then, later, we will see gold medallists in biathlon, moguls, ski jumping and speed skating.
Canada 2-0 Norway
Jackie Lockhart
Four-time Olympic curler on BBC TV
Norway started the week very well and looked quietly confident.
But this is now a big, big game for them. They have nothing to lose and must throw everything at it.
Mixed curling
And so, without any action on the slopes, we must head indoors.
Luckily, there is a mixed curling semi-final take place, with Canada taking on Norway.
The Canadians are 2-0 ahead in the second end and you can watch live on BBC One or right here at the top of this page.

That slopestyle final, which includes Great Britain's Aimee Fuller, should have begun at 01:00 GMT, but now it will be 01:30 at the earliest.
However, the chat I'm hearing isn't good. It's apparently windier than it was yesterday, when the qualifying didn't take place.
It's also -26 degrees, but that has nothing to do with the slopestyle being delayed.
Where, I'm afraid, I have bad news.
The bad weather, the wind, that has plagued the first two days of these Games has struck again.
The women's giant slalom skiing has been axed. Finito. Kaput. It has been postponed for another day, heaping more pressure on an already crowded skiing schedule.
And the women's slopestyle, which had its qualifying cancelled yesterday, has now seen its final delayed by at least half an hour.
...and then, you do it all over again.
Welcome to day three of the Winter Olympics.
...or console yourself with a much-needed hug...
...or take flight...
