Sarah Palmer: Love the curling, this is what I've been waiting for! Enjoyed the mixed doubles but I'm here for the teams.

The curling is the start of what is a pretty busy night, certainly the busiest night of the Games so far.

From 01:30, there is the highly anticipated men's halfpipe final - Shaun White et al doing things that defy gravity.

On the ski slopes, American Mikaela Shiffrin, the defending champion, goes in the women's slalom from 01:45 - that's a slight delay because of the wind.

We'll also have a gold medal decided in the women's nordic combined, as well as figure skating and ice hockey.

It's certainly a difficult start for Great Britain's men - it's a Switzerland team that is extremely experienced.

But, if they can get Thomas Muirhead firing, Team GB could be in for a very good week here.

    Switzerland v Great Britain

Yep, both the Great Britain men's and women's curling teams begin their medal campaigns today.

Much, much more of this to come, but the bare facts you need to know are this. The men play twice and the women play once. Right now, at the top of this page or on BBC One, you can watch Kyle Smith's men take on Switzerland.
