    Alpine skiing: Men's downhill

Who can beat Beat? Aksel Lund Svindal is who. The Norwegian takes the lead, which has now swapped hands three times already. He won Super-G gold in 2010 and may be adding another gold in the men's downhill. Great stuff in the 'blue riband' event.

We have a new leader in the downhill. Switzerland's Beat Feuz moves past Italian Dominik Paris.

It will be a great story if Feuz wins here, as he missed two complete seasons - in 2008 and 2009 because of torn ligaments in his left knee. He won a World Championship gold last year.

They've got Rice Pudding Fan Club hoodies, flags and budgie smugglers, apparently.
