    The Japanese superstar has done it. Yuzuru Hanyu has won figure skating gold by a country mile, some 11 points clear of compatriot Shoma Uno.

    Hanyu, if you remember, is the skater who is greeted by Winnie the Pooh teddies when he finishes his routines.

    Katie Summerhayes is one of the most well-liked skiers on the slopestyle World Cup tour.

    She is skiing with a very badly damaged ankle. She can barely walk out of a ski boot.
