  1. Sweden score onepublished at 08:58 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2022

Gold-medal match: Great Britain 3-4 Sweden (after eight ends)

    Not quite from Bruce Mouat.

Sweden's Niklas Edin has room to slide a stone into the button and score one.

The lead is reinflated. The cushion is plumped back up.

But Britain were putting all the pressure on in that end.

And they have the hammer in the next.

    Time to score big.

  2. Chance for Great Britain?published at 08:56 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2022

Gold-medal match: Great Britain 3-3 Sweden (after seven ends)

A little error from Niklas Edin on his penultimate stone. And a little error is all it needs sometimes.

Is this a glimmer of a steal for Great Britain? Bruce Mouat's stone is on it's way...

Andrew Priestley: GB have held on by the fingernails for most of the opening 7 ends, but through sheer grit and determination sees them all-square. It’s now a 3 end shootout for gold with the majority of the pressure resting on the shoulders of the Swedes.

  8. Great Britain level uppublished at 08:45 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2022

Men's curling final: Great Britain 3-3 Sweden (after seven ends)

A massive final stone for Niklas Edin.

Can he pull off a multiple plant shot to shunt out Grant Hardie's one on the button? It is a domino rally of a shot.

    Nope! Nowhere near.

Great Britain steal an end. Scoreline level.

Sweden with the hammer in the eighth.

    How's the nerves?

This is the scene. Great Britain with one stone left, Sweden with two.

Can Sweden find a way to evict the yellow stone on the button and score big?

Or can Great Britain steal a score?

    This could be pivotal.

Katie Lammie (Bobby Lammie's mum) speaking to BBC: "I'm a little wrecked, just what a week it's been. Nerves have played a big part in it but it's just amazing to part of it and emotional to have these people here watching our boys doing so well.

On if she has been in touch with Bobby: "A few messages back and forth but he's quite a laid back boy, he just likes to know what he's doing and focusing on. They have just got to go out there and enjoy it and try their best and that's all we can ask if them. They're a credit to us all.

This is not looking too clever for Britain.

A house party of red stones. Great Britain need to break it up sharpish if they are to avoid Sweden scoring two or more from this end.

  16. gold-medal

Gold medal - Alexander Bolshunov (ROC)published at 08:29 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2022

    Men's 50km mass start

Great Britain's Andrew Musgrave comes in 12th in the shortened 50km race at the Genting cross country venue.

There are icicles hanging off the faces and hats of the racers from the bitterly cold conditions.

It's been a Games to remember for Russia Olympic Committee skier Alexander Bolshunov who claims his third gold in Beijing and fifth medal in total.

Fellow ROC athlete Ivan Yakimushkin claims the silver medal, some five seconds adrift of Bolshunov, with Norway's Simen Hegstad Krueger, taking the bronze.

  19. Sweden blank end and keep hammerpublished at 08:25 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2022

Gold-medal match: Great Britain 2-3 Sweden (after five ends)

Sweden have their noses in front and have not intention of risking their lead.

When the chance comes they will attempt to score big and land a knockout blow.

Sweden's Rasmus Wranaa is a pretty beefy, heavy-set guy. And he does demolition over delicacy.

Big breaks to clear the house and wipe the slate clean. It's working well for Sweden.
