    Ed leigh has said on BBC One that he thinks a score in the 60s will be required to make the final.

    Austria's Anna Gasser obliterates that mark, a score of 75.00 blows her first run out of the water!

    This is easily first place - it's just how high into the 80s we want to go!

    Not the run Katie Omerod would have hoped for (lying in 12th), but she has got a lot to build on for the second run.

    We have got a very good competition on our hands now. This is shaping up very well.

    Glaring mistake from Brooke Voigt - it's like wearing odd socks. The judges will have seen it.

    There's no top-12 place for Canada's Brooke Voigt just yet either, a 37.11 leaves her 16th.

    A straightforward run for Bianca Gisler of Switzerland, it was a little bit safe though and receives a 40.35 for 15th.

    Her 29.61 is followed by a 21.95 run from Hungary's Kamilla Kozuback. Five to go in this first run.

    The judges are now coming to the stage where it is not about coming off the rail early, it's all about balance.

    American Courtney Rummel is the next to take a tumble on her way out of a backside 720. She was looking good for much of the rest of her run though, and takes a 37.18 into her second run.

    Katie Ormerod is still holding onto that 12th spot as it stands, but still a long way to go.
