Nulla Pax: The front 4 will also be able to do a stop as well though if the pack falls back!

Prior K: It seems top 4 of Leclerc, Piastri, Sainz & Norris are all within 5 seconds of each other. From a British perspective, I wouldn't write off Norris.

This is a lonely race for three-time world champion, who is taking his Red Bull for a Sunday drive in sixth place. If the positions stay like this, with Charles Leclerc in first, the Dutchman's title lead will be cut.

Piastri can smell a first grand prix win here and I think he is going to try and force Leclerc into some kind of mistake.

Pirelli's prediction is that the hard tyres can last 65 laps, the race is only 78 laps long, Pirelli are normally a bit conservative about their tyres. I think these four [at the front] will get to the end.

The fastest lap of the race is camped at the name of Oscar Piastri, but the Australian is being level-headed not to go wild as the cars exit the Tunnel and into the Nouvelle Chicane. The Ferrari of Leclerc is half a second ahead of Piastri's McLaren.

If Charles Leclerc can manage his tyres effectively by limiting the pace and try to get to the end, Piastri will have to mirror that strategy, he can't do anything else.

Russell is trying to maximise his own race and if they try and push and stick to the back of the top four, they will burn through those medium tyres and force him into a pit-stop earlier than they might want to.
