They’re just building a Padel court next to my house. So I hope they make that an Olympics sport. And then, assuming I’m an absolute natural, in my mid 40s (despite being average at best at tennis and squash!) I’ll be a Team GB Olympian in no time!

After a 2-2 draw, Sofia Cairo scored the winner to secure a 3-1 shootout victory and Argentina's sixth medal from the last seven Games.

Belgium, playing in only their second Olympics, were in tears at the finale as Argentina celebrated wildly after goalkeeper Cristina Cosentino saved three shootout attempts.

Belgium took the lead early on through Emma Puvrez before Agustina Gorzelany equalised seven minutes into the second quarter.

Argentina went ahead through Agustina Albertarrio before Justine Rasir levelled the scores before half-time.

The Netherlands, in their sixth consecutive Olympic final, take on China in the gold medal match at 18:00 BST.

With breaking about to make its Olympic debut, we wanted to know what other sports you would like to see...

Remember to include your name for a gold-medal shout-out ....

I think we should add indoor archery. We could give it a catchy name like "Darts" and include all the world's top players.

It has to be Netball. Completely ridiculous omission for many years.

Charley Hull has posted a third round three-under 69 as she continues to repair some of the damage from her disastrous nine-over 81 in Wednesday's opening round. Team-mate Georgia Hall carded a one-under 71 to sit at three over overall.

There is a fascinating battle building at the top of the leaderboard. Morgane Metraux of Switzerland is even par through 11 to remain at eight under for the tournament. But she has been joined at the summit by playing partner Lydia Ko of New Zealand, who is three-under par so far.

    Keep up-to-date with our leaderboard.

That was more like it from Grace, she had a better take-off.

She still wasn’t quite on the end of the board. That does impact your height, elevation spin speed, just the ability o control the finish of the dive.

Not quite tuned in today for the final.

Jack Carlin was absolutely desperate NOT to add to his bulging haul of silver and bronze medals.

The Scot is gasping for a gold. But Harrie Lavreysen is simply too good.

It's like trying to beat Usain Bolt on the athletics track or Michael Phelps in the pool.

Carlin will go for another bronze at 17:00 BST, as he collected in Tokyo, which would be good consolation.

He's still got the keirin to come as well over the weekend too.
