    We've another big afternoon and evening in store at the velodrome, where Jack Carlin looks to be among the men's sprint medals and Neah Evans and Elinor Barker go for madison glory.

    We also have the early rounds of the women's sprint, with Emma Finucane - fresh from winning her second Olympic medal last night - and Sophie Capewell lining up for Team GB.

    Capewell has been on the rollers keeping her legs ticking over. It all gets under way at 13:00 BST.

    Olympic gold medallist Toby Roberts speaking to BBC: "I am just lost for words. To find out that I had got the gold in that moment was truly incredible.

    "[Anraku] is just an incredibly strong climber and it is insane how strong he is. He looked a little nervous but he is incredibly strong.

    "I have been training for this moment my whole life. To say it hasn't sunk in is an understatement. I imagine later it will be a flood of emotions. It is a goal I have been training towards for like 10 years."

    Anraku was going up the wall like a gecko. He didn't look tired or fatigued and the crowd were expecting him to get the gold when he was up there.

    If ever there was a dictionary definition of gobsmacked, it was Toby Roberts there. He just couldn't believe that Anraku fell off the wall.

    That was just so inspiring.

    Music from Rihanna was blaring out in the background as Toby Roberts climbed his way up the wall to a gold medal for Great Britain.

    Luckily, the Terminator wasn't in a hopeless place.
