    Great question Dan.

That's got us debating and chatting away in the office.

I was lured in by the men's trap shooting event earlier but I think that might be better on the TV rather than live.

It would have to be athletics (100m final), gymnastics and I'm intrigued by what breaking has to offer.

Let's throw this out for wider debate, shall we?

Dan: If you had the opportunity to go and watch three Olympics events live, what would you choose?

For me, I’d choose to watch the diving, swimming and skateboarding.

Half-time in the two ongoing matches in the men's football Group B. It is goalless in the match between Argentina and Ukraine, while Morocco are hammering Iraq 3-0 and, barring an incredible turnaround, are set to advance into the quarter-finals.

The winner of Argentina v Ukraine will join them in the last eight, while the loser will be eliminated so a very tense second half is in store in Lyon.

He did really well, but he was extremely nervous in that opening set [in the first round].

'We'll get a lot of stick if we don't get a medal or a single win'published at 16:47 British Summer Time 30 July

    Steve Bunce
Boxing expert on BBC Radio 5 Live

We have been unbelievably spoilt for medals in the last few Olympics. 2008 we had gold medals, 2012 , 2016 and in Tokyo, we have been spoilt. It is a cyclical sport.

Then with this team this year I have never seen a draw like it, it has been so tough. You can't invent this draw. So there are a few reasons as to why Team GB have not done as well as previously.

British boxing is a great system, we're are the envy of the world, and we are going to get a lot of stick if we don't get any medals or worse than that, if we don't get a single win.

It hasn't been a great start to Paris 2024 for Team GB in boxing with Charley Davison, Rosie Eccles, Pat Brown and Delicious Orie all losing in their opening bout.

Team GB has grown accustomed to enjoying success in the ring at the last three Games in 2012, 2016 and 2020 but it's starting to look a little ominous in Paris.

Just two British hopes remain with Chantelle Reid and Lewis Richardson yet to lace up their gloves in the French capital.

Both feature on Wednesday with Reid facing Morocco's Khadija Mardi (11:52 BST) in a women's 75kg contest and Richardson set to meet Vakhid Abbasov of Serbia in the men's 71kg category.

3x3 basketball returns to the Olympics after first featuring at the Tokyo Olympics in 2020.

It's a faster paced style of the 5x5 game, which we see regularly play out in the NBA.

It originated on the streets, with simplicity and entertainment at its core.

Games take place on a half-court with one basket and three players per side, while a DJ plays non-stop music throughout.

A team needs 21 points to win or be leading after the 10-minute time limit. The eight teams per gender in Paris initially face each other in a round-robin phase.

You can watch the USA take on Germany in the first women's pool game at 16:30 BST.

Unfortunately, there will be no British involvement in this event.

Italian Jasmine Paolini, the runner-up at both the 2024 French Open and Wimbledon, has been knocked out in the last 16 of the women's singles.

She lost an epic match 7-5 3-6 7-5 against Anna Karolina Schmiedlova, the Slovakian who defeated Britain's Katie Boulter in the first round.

That means the Spanish dream team of Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz are next on Court Suzanne Lenglen and they take on the Dutch pairing of Tallon Griekspoor and Wesley Koolhof.

After that match comes the second round tie as the British pairing of Dan Evans and Andy Murray play Belgium's Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen.

This is Murray's last tournament of his career so it could be his final ever match. But then again Evans and Murray fought back to save five match points in their opening round match.

Despite this she has still done enough to qualify for Wednesday's semi-final

  15. High levels of air pollution in Paris later this weekpublished at 16:10 British Summer Time 30 July

    Mark Poynting
    BBC Climate team

As a heatwave hits Paris, high temperatures are not the only health hazard facing athletes and spectators at the Olympic Games.

Hot, settled weather also creates favourable conditions for ground-level ozone, a type of air pollution harmful to humans and the environment.

It can particularly affect people with respiratory conditions including asthma.

High levels of ground-level ozone are forecast across much of Europe between now and 4 August, especially for the Paris region, according to the Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service.

This could exceed limits set by European air quality legislation.

Ozone is typically formed from reactions between other pollutants in the air, such as nitrogen oxides. These come from human activities like burning fossil fuel burning, as well as natural sources.

High temperatures - which favour ozone formation - are becoming more common due to human-caused climate change.

    Football - men's group matches

    Julian AlvarezImage source, Getty Images

It is the last round of group fixtures in the men's football today and the best drama is likely to come in the two Group B matches at 16:00 BST as all four teams begin on three points, each with one win and one loss.

Only the top two advance so anyone who loses in that group today will be eliminated. Argentina, whose side includes Manchester City striker Julian Alvarez, take on Ukraine, while Morocco face Iraq.

Elsewhere, hosts France, managed by Arsenal legend Thierry Henry with Crystal Palace forward Jean-Philippe Mateta in the squad, need a point in their match against New Zealand at 18:00 BST to qualify for the quarter-finals as Group A winners.

France could still be eliminated but need a big loss against New Zealand and for the United States to beat Guinea. In Group D, Japan are top and face Israel, with second-placed Paraguay taking on Mali at 20:00 BST.

In Group C, Spain have just lost 2-1 to Egypt, a result that takes the Egyptians through as group winners with Spain advancing as runners-up. The two other nations, Dominican Republic and Uzbekistan, played out a 1-1 draw.

Players had to be 23 or under on 1 January to be eligible to play, although each squad is allowed up to three over-age players.

When will Murray and Evans be playing?published at 16:01 British Summer Time 30 July

For anyone back home worrying they might still be working when Andy Murray and Dan Evans step on to court - don't.

The women's singles match between Wimbledon finalist Jasmine Paolini and Anna Karolina Schmiedlova has gone to a deciding set.

That's second match of the day on Court Suzanne Lenglen - and there is the men's doubles featuring Spanish matadors Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz still to come after that.

So I'd guess (dangerous game) that means Murray and Evans are not likely to be playing until at least 18:00 BST.

Well after you've clocked off for the day, I hope.

Let's hear some more from former Olympic champion Charlotte Worthington who went out in qualification:

    On what the future holds:

"I have no idea what the future holds. This has been a crazy journey and I’ve gone from the top of the world to my own personal rock bottom and I’m on the process of building up.

"I don’t know if I’ll go to another Olympics. I don’t know where my competitions lie now but I’m very proud to get here and represent this country and everyone that stands behind me."

What would you tell anyone looking to get into BMX:

"Just do it. This sport has given me everything and I’m so grateful.

"It’s made me so happy, and so sad – it comes with both. BMX is one of the things that’s made me happiest in my life.

"It’s built me as a person, it’s made me who I am, it’s totally transformed my life and pick up a bike, go to a local skate park, and put a smile on your face."
