Confirmation that Charlotte Worthington will not defend her Olympic gold medal in Wednesday's final. We will have a new champion.

She ultimately finishes 11th overall in the 12-strong field.

The United States' Hannah Roberts qualified in first place with an average score of 91.45 and the four-time world champion is surely one of the favourites for the title in Paris.

    Heartbreaking for Worthington.

A massive run from the United States’ Hannah Roberts scores her 91.80 and that pushes Charlotte Worthington down to 10th and out of the finals places…for now.

She’s got another chance to book her spot coming up and the defending champion is going to need a huge run here.

Has she got something up her sleeve? Big breath, it’s now or never.

All over for Jack Draper - and all over for the Brits in the Olympics singles at Paris 2024.

Fritz, seeded seventh, was in total command after moving a break up in the decider.

He started hammering down first serves and a fading Draper could not muster the energy to turn the tide.

Draper was the final British player in the singles, but there is plenty of doubles action coming up.

The big one is Andy Murray - in what could be the final match of his career - and Dan Evans against Belgian pair Sander Gille and Joran Vliegen.

Great Britain will take confidence from that. It was a steady game, a good performance from both sides. The heat may have played its part. Both teams coming to life a little bit in that last quarter.

The fact that they have come back from those two goals down will no doubt give them that confidence.

They have so much belief amongst the team anyway but doing it out on this stage against the number one team in the world will just nudge them that little bit closer.

Lee Morton does it again, firing an unstoppable shot into the net and Britain have pulled it back to earn a thrilling draw and maintain their unbeaten record in Pool A.

GB needed a late goal to draw with South Africa in their previous match and show all their courage and resilience to repeat the trick again.

They are the first team to take a point off the Dutch and are third in the pool with matches against world champions Germany and hosts France to come.

The top four from each pool of six teams will go through to the last eight.

Jack Draper is rummaging around in a cool-box behind his chair.

Think he wants to jump in it.

The British men's number one is a break down in this deciding set and looking in big trouble on Court Suzanne Lenglen.

Over the way on Court Philippe Chatrier, there has been a eyebrow-raising result... American second seed Coco Gauff is OUT.

Gauff, who was a favourite for a medal, has lost 7-6 (9-7) 6-2 against Croatia's Donna Vekic.

Quite the summer for Vekic who reached the Wimbledon semi-finals, of course.
