Thanks for your company tonight, hope you can join us in a week's time.

  2. 'We're going after that treble' - Peterspublished at 19:43 BST 4 October

FT: Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

Hull KR head coach Willie Peters told BBC Sport:

"The second half wasn't pretty. The first half I was happy with how we suffocated the opposition.

"We've been in a Challenge Cup loss and a Grand Final loss and you always do your best learnings when you lose.

"We've got an opportunity to go after the treble and we're not going to shy away from it, we're going after it. It'll be a great challenge against a champion side and we'll look forward to it and see how it goes."

  3. 'We showed the best Hull KR' - Gildartpublished at 19:40 BST 4 October

FT: Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

Hull KR centre OIiver Gildart told BBC Sport:

"It's a big one to go against Wigan and I can't wait to get out there.

"I've been injured for a large part of the season. I'm just happy we've won and we deserve to get to Old Trafford.

"Something we pride ourselves on is our defence and we've been off with that the past few weeks but we're back to the best Hull KR and I think that showed."

  4. 'We're going to the big dance again' - Lewispublished at 19:39 BST 4 October

FT: Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

Hull KR stand-off Mikey Lewis told BBC Sport:

"Very special, Having this full, packed crowd, an unbelievable atmosphere. Both teams turned up to play and we're going to the big dance again.

"We're going to be ready. We'll enjoy the week and build up and see where it takes us.

"It's fantastic. It's been a rollercoaster year for myself off the field. I feel like I've grown as a person throughout the year and it's paid dividends on the field.

"We've won two trophies and we want to chase that feeling as its' the best feeling in the world.

"We've learned a lot from last year. Willie pushed on that in pre-season. I think it will pay dividends on Saturday."

  5. 'Hull KR better on the night' - Wellenspublished at 19:35 BST 4 October

FT: Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

St Helens head coach Paul Wellens told BBC Sport:

"They were the better team on the night. When you reflect on the game as a whole, the first 40 minutes they had a real stranglehold and didn't let go.

"The second half we had a stranglehold and we let go. And that sums up the game.

"A lot of stuff we spoke about at half-time the lads put into action but then we'd give a penalty away or different things that put us under unnecessary pressure.

"One thing you can't label this team is one that goes away. They've shown that for a good few weeks. But we're hugely disappointed."

  6. 'Confident in our process' - Minchellapublished at 19:33 BST 4 October

FT: Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

Hull KR captain and loose forward Elliot Minchella told BBC Sport:

"I have a lot of respect for Saints they're one of the best defensive teams in the comp and they turn up for each other.

"We were confident in our process. We just had to stay focussed. We didn't do that in the start of the second half but we rectified it and got over the line."

I take my hat off to both teams. St Helens you did yourself proud. You turned up and played a game worthy of a semi-final.

Hull KR stuck to their game and didn't look tired they did in the final three games of the season.

If you're going to win the Super League why not do it by winning all three trophies that year as well?

The treble is on! Hull KR are Grand Final-bound.

A much deserved win for the Robins and in truth, an eight-point margin flatters St Helens.

The Challenge Cup and the League Leaders' Shield are already in the bag. Can they claim the big pot at Old Trafford?

Wigan Warriors will have a lot to say about that.

St Helens have the ball in Hull KR's half, but they lose the ball going for a risky play.

  11. 'Hull KR not panicked'published at 19:24 BST 4 October

    Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

    Robbie Hunter-Paul
Former New Zealand international on BBC Two

Hull KR have got their numbers right, they didn't panic. We saw last week what happens to a defensive line when they panic.

They've played really well structured, not overplayed too often and when the going's got tough they've come together with some super plays and kept it tight.

  12. Postpublished at 77 mins

    Hull KR 20-12 St Helens

Hull KR gratefully have the ball and Mikey Lewis kicks it behind the St Helens defence.

But Saints will still have a crack.

    Never write off Saints.

But eight points with less than five minutes to play? That must be a bridge too far.

  14. converted try

CONVERTED TRY: Hull KR 20-12 St Helenspublished at 75 mins

    Harry Robertson, con Jonny Lomax

Harry Robertson and none of the St Helens players have done anything wrong and that is a second Saints try.

Jonny Lomax quickly adds the two extra and it's an eight-point game.

  15. TRY REVIEWpublished at 75 mins

    Hull KR 20-6 St Helens

Some desperate, and excellent stuff, from Saints ends with Harry Robertson getting the ball down.

But referee Liam Moore wants a quick check from upstairs.

  16. NO TRYpublished at 73 mins

    Hull KR 20-6 St Helens

    The answer is no.

Joe Burgess does nothing wrong in taking a high ball and then running half the length of the field. But Rhyse Martin has blocked Jonny Lomax from contesting it, so the try is overturned.

It won't affect the outcome, though.

An injury-affected campaign but Oliver Gildart is back at the right time.

A veteran of Wigan's successes and he can take it to his old club at Old Trafford next Saturday at the Grand Final.

    Saints' shoulders slump.

  18. TRY REVIEWpublished at 73 mins

    Hull KR 20-6 St Helens

Has Joe Burgess put the seal on another great night for Hull KR?

  19. try

TRY: Hull KR 20-6 St Helenspublished at 71 mins

    Oliver Gildart

    What do I know?!

They turn down the attempt at two points and come away with an even greater reward - a magic four points.

They puncture the Saints defence close to the line and Oliver Gildart is there to finish the job.

For the third time, Rhyse Martin is unsuccessful from the tee but that is not going to matter.

  20. PENALTYpublished at 70 mins

    Hull KR 16-6 St Helens

Mikey Lewis is held up illegally. A cheap penalty.

Will Hull KR take the kick at goal? No.

Perhaps those two misses from Rhyse Martin make their minds up.
