Three tries in eight first-half minutes saw Leeds beat Plymouth Albion 34-16.

Albion were 6-0 up after 15 minutes with two Paul Roberts penalties, but Rory Clegg pulled one back for Leeds.

But Leeds' Dominic Barrow went over on 25 minutes, three minutes later David Doherty followed suit and Josh Griffin scored soon after before another Clegg penalty put Leeds 27-6 up at the break.

A late try from Albion's Aaron Carpenter was cancelled out by one from Jacob Rowan in stoppage-time.
