Redruth have gained one bonus point in their four matches so far this season

Redruth boss Mareck Churcher hopes his side learn from their 10-8 win over Redingensians in National Two South.

Shaun Buzza's early try and James Huxtable's penalty bookended a first half in which all 18 points were scored in difficult conditions at at the Rec.

"It doesn't matter how you win as long as you win," Churcher told BBC Radio Cornwall following the victory.

"It's important that these boys learn from those experiences and we move forward," added Churcher.

The victory was Redruth's third in four matches - all at home - and moved the Cornish club up to fifth in the division.
