Centre Mathieu Bastareaud will lead France in the place of injured captain Guilhem Guirado in the Six Nations finale against Wales on Saturday.
Bastareaud missed the first two matches of the Championship after being banned for a homophobic slur in a club match, but returned with superb performances in wins over Italy and England.
Knee injury victim Guirado's place at hooker is taken by Adrien Pelissie.
Gael Fickou replaces full-back Hugo Bonneval, who has a head injury.
The pair were both hurt during France's 22-16 win over England last weekend.
Guirado will remain with the squad as they prepare to face Wales in Cardiff at 17:00 GMT on Saturday.
Elsewhere, Benjamin Fall switches to wing and Cedate Gomes Sa starts at prop instead of Rabah Slimani.
The hosts and visitors can both finish second to Ireland in the tournament.
