    Scotland 26-0 Fiji

    Scotland score again!

It's an easy interception try for Huw Jones, run over from near the halfway line.

The Scots are obliterating their visitors here. It's unravelling badly for the Fijians.

Hastings knocks over from in front of the posts. This is over as a contest early on.

  2. try

    Darcy Graham

That's incredible from the Scotland flyer!

Adam Hastings takes a sneaky penalty that doesn't go for touch - it finds Graham on the wing. It looks like he's dropped the ball and then hacked it on, but he's able to regather and score over the line.

The TMO reveals he fluffs the kick... but it brushed his ankle!

It's a real bit of luck, but maybe the sharp-thinking merits it.

    Scotland 14-0 Fiji

Scotland are making pretty light work of this - but it's been made easy for them.

The Fijians have conceded eight penalties in the opening sixteen minutes.

    Darcy Graham

Scotland make the two-man advantage count!

Graham shows quick hands to play a one-two with Ewan Ashman on the right wing. He gets it back and darts between two defenders to fly over.

What a return that is for Graham, after a year without a Scotland cap due to injury.

It's another good kick from Adam Hastings.

  5. Sin-bin Apisalome Vota (Fiji)published at 14 mins

    Scotland 7-0 Fiji

Fiji are almost back to their full compliment, 30 seconds left on the sin bin clock... but they're now down to 13 men.

The penalty count for the visitors is already huge and the referee had just warned them - and they concede another. Apisalome Vota is the offender.

    He's offski.

    Former Scotland prop on Sportsound

All the playmakers are from Glasgow, they know how to work together, they have an understanding.

It was all about the pace. There was so many different options and the Fijian defence couldn't pick it up.

Vary things a little, tempo it up.

  7. converted try

Converted try SCOTLAND 7-0 Fijipublished at 10 mins

    Kyle Rowe

Scotland had a penalty at least, and it results in another throw.

This time, Scotland pop it to Darcy Graham round the corner. He runs into traffic, but it ties in the defence and the ball is worked to Rowe.

He dances inside and burrows for the line. Adam Hastings add the extras, and Scotland have the try they craved.

  8. Disallowed trypublished at 8 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

This time, Scotland make it count.

Ewan Ashman has the ball tucked under his arm, splinters off the back of the maul and stretches his arm to slam the ball down on the line.

But there's a problem. Has Pierre Schoeman blocked a Fijian defender?

According to referee Craig Evans, he has. Disallowed.

  9. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

Scotland win a scrum that results in another penalty. It's been very stop-start.

It's kicked into the corner again.

  10. Postpublished at 7 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

They'll be disappointed with that start, two free hits inside Fiji's 22m that come to nothing.

Scotland will want to convert while Lomani is off the field.

  11. Messy start from both sidespublished at 6 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

Something really irked Sione Tuipulotu there. It looked like something a Fijian player said.

Anyway, Scotland win a penalty off a quick throw in.

Adam Hastings was also absolutely creamed. His last Scotland appearance at Murrayfield was also against Fiji, and he was also absolutely steamrolled in that game.

  12. Postpublished at 5 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

Another chance for Scotland, and the dart from Ewan Ashman is good.

However, the driving maul is held in place and Fiji overturn the ball. Chance gone.

  13. Sin-bin Frank Lomani (Fiji)published at 4 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

Adam Hastings demands the ball from the back of the ruck and switches play.

Scrum-half Frank Lomani slaps the pass forward. It looks pretty deliberate and the TMO - Brett Cronin - is called in early on.

It's a definite yellow card - but is it a penalty try?

    Apparently not, too much cover.

  14. Postpublished at 3 mins

    Scotland 0-0 Fiji

An early chance for Scotland to get down the pitch, as Adam Hastings kicks a penalty down into the corner.

It's worked well and Huw Jones spots a gap but he's tackled five short.

Pierre Schoeman gets it and is lifted into the air - you don't see that often!

And we are under way at Murrayfield, as Scotland field the Fijian kick-off.

Craig Evans is the referee. Hopefully nothing too contentious for him to deal with.

  16. 'I'd rather walk down a fairway' - MacIntyrepublished at 17:39 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November

    Scotland v Fiji (17:40)

The ball is presented by Scottish Open winner Bob MacIntyre.

He's cool on the greens, but he admitted to Sportsound he's feeling the nerves tonight.

"It's my first time [at Murrayfield]. I'm very nervous. It's not normal. It's an honour, it's special. It's just outside my comfort zone.

"I'd rather walk down a fairway with a lead in my hands, rather than a rugby ball. Don't trip up, don't do something stupid.

"I played rugby at school and I had Magnus Bradbury and his brother running at me, so I stepped aside quickly."

  17. What would be a good autumn for Scotland and Townsend?published at 17:36 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November

    Scotland v Fiji (17:40)

    Tom English
BBC Scotland's chief sports writer on Sportsound

Three wins out of four plus a competitive performance against the Springboks.

If you want a really fine autumn, you want guys to emerge who realistically can put pressure on the Six Nations places.

Second-row, loosehead prop, hooker, scrum-half - there's a few areas where the guys in situ should be automatic choices anymore.

I'm looking for people to put pressure on the sacred cows in this team.

  18. Here comes the teams...published at 17:33 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November

    Scotland v Fiji (17:40)

Here comes Sione Tuipulotu, leading out Scotland for the very first time - and at Murrayfield no less.

He's an emotional man who wears his heart on his sleeve, and you can tell he's getting a bit glassy eyed. Wait until the pipes kick in.

But first, there'll be a moment's silence for former Scotland international Ken McAulay, who passed away one day after completing a massive charity cycle.

  20. Fiji missing main men but Muntz should starpublished at 17:27 Greenwich Mean Time 2 November

    Scotland v Fiji (17:40)

It's not a full-strength Fiji side, but by no means should they be written off.

Most of their side are made of Fijian Drua players - the side that play in Super Rugby against teams from Australia and New Zealand.

Watch out for diminutive fly-half Caleb Muntz, Richie Mo'unga's nephew Isaiah Arsmtrong-Ravula, former sevens star Ponipate Loganimasi, and flanker Kitione Salawa.

Only six of the side were involved in the World Cup quarter-final loss to England a year ago, and they're missing key players like Waisea Nayacalevu, Josua Tuisova and Semi Radradra.
