  1. Penalty - South Africa 0-3 Irelandpublished at 16:09 British Summer Time 13 July

    Jack Crowley

It's about 25 metres out, just right of the posts....and it's good!

Crowley scored five points in the first Test. He's on three already.

Ireland are interestingly trying to vary their attack.

I'm sure it's something that they spoke a lot about this week about finding little spaces and looking for gaps, which is difficult.

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

Etzebeth is playing like a flying winger there. He's out of the line again quickly and almost snatches the ball. He's a bit too keen and he's offside.

Play is brought back for a penalty, and Jack Crowley points to the posts.

There are four colours of jerseys on the pitch at the minute.

The officials are in navy. Ireland are in green. South Africa are in white. Franco Mostert is in red after his bloody nose in the early stages.

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

It's a first through for Ronan Kelleher, and it's a bit scrappy but Ireland come away with the ball.

Eden Etzebeth then almost pulls off an intercept, but the big lock knows it on as he thought he was away.

  6. Postpublished at 16:05 British Summer Time 13 July

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

Garry Ringrose kicks the ball through and forces Handre Pollard into a clearance that lands just outside the 22.

If you want a sign about who physical this start has been, Franco Mostert has blood pouring from his face and WIllie le Roux has been forced off for a HIA.

Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu is on for Le Roux, while Mostert is going to continue after being bandaged up.

  7. Ireland need to be 'winning those little moments and collisions'published at 16:05 British Summer Time 13 July

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

    Alan Quinlan
Former Munster and Ireland flanker on Sky Sports

South Africa were typically really physical last week and they'll look back at the game themselves with some opportunities that they missed out on.

But for Ireland it's about being accurate today and trying to get their attack game going and just winning those little moments and collisions. It's very obvious but they have to get it right upfront to have any chance here against this powerful South African side.

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

Ireland are having plenty of ball in the early stages.

Crowley tries to slot a kick through but it's well blocked, and Ireland are forced back 10 metres.

  9. Postpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time 13 July

    South Africa 0-0 Ireland

Just a nice stat now the game has kicked off, the South African starting team now have 1000 caps between them.

That's a record for the Springboks, and a scary depth of experience.

  10. Postpublished at 16:02 British Summer Time 13 July

Jack Crowley sends it long and it's gathered by Kwagga Smith.

It's sent long in return for Jamie Osborne, who is smashed in a big welcome to the game.

You have to go back as far as February 2021 for the last time Ireland lost back-to-back matches. Resilience has been a cornerstone of the Andy Farrell era and never has that been more evident than in the second Test against the All Blacks in 2022.

Having performed poorly to lose the opener 42-19 in Auckland, Ireland rebounded to win in Dunedin before clinching a historic series win in Wellington.

Ireland must draw on that experience but the cards are stacked against them here. They're missing key players - Bundee Aki and Dan Sheehan chief among them - and come up against a Springboks side whose attack had Tony Brown's fingerprints all over it last week in Pretoria.

This is a massive challenge for Ireland. A win would surely go down as one their biggest achievements under Farrell.

  13. 'Bundee Aki is a loss'published at 16:00 British Summer Time 13 July

    Shane Horgan
Former Ireland wing on Sky Sports

Ireland are being challenged by a new attacking system with South Africa.

I think they got caught on the hop a little bit, we saw them making bad decisions in the wide channels. Garry Ringrose will connect really well with [Robbie] Henshaw.

Listen, Bundee Aki is a loss as he has been maybe Ireland's best players in the last few years, but as a 13 Ringrose will make a real difference and he will need to against Jesse Kriel.

    Yeah, that was spine-tingling stuff.

Frans Malherbe is a tough chap but he couldn't stop smiling through that, with the 50,000 plus Durban choir playing their part.

    That's set the scene nicely.

That was a superb rendition of Ireland's Call for an away fixture.

Over to you, South Africa. I have a feeling this will be something spectacular.

If it's anything like last week then we should be in for an absolute treat.

  17. Garry Ringrose 'a big leader'published at 15:55 British Summer Time 13 July

South Africa v Ireland (16:00 BST)

    Rory Best
Former Ireland captain on Sky Sports

Garry Ringrose is very much a leader.

He is very much someone that in the last few years was talked about being the future Ireland captain. He is now no longer future as he is 29 and he is a big leader in the team.

He will really help sharpen it up, he is very vocal, he will sit in behind the forwards, will organise the forwards and make sure that Ireland can get width and he is a very good passer of the ball.

Here come to teams to a huge roar at Kings Park as we're treated to fireworks and a traditional Zulu dance in Durban.

    This could be another cracker.

Caelan Doris leads out the visitors, while Siya Kolisi is the familiar captain for South Africa.

A familiar face is South Africa's defence coach.

Former Ireland hooker Jerry Flannery won 41 caps and was a Grand Slam winner in 2009.

He played a crucial role in the Springboks' win last week. Can he help haunt his former side once again?
