Tom Curry is having an awesome game. There was a lot made of him starting ahead of Jac Morgan and Josh van der Flier but he is on fire at the moment. He has been physical in defence and attack – it's been a really good performance.

You wonder what impact the Lions' bench will have on this one. It has considerably more fire power than Australia's bench.

The Wallabies are hanging it on it feels.

In previous weeks, the Lions made errors in attack, we haven’t seen that today. That’s why these players are the best we have to offer because they have turned it on.

Robin, Coventry: That all came from a needless downfield kick from the Lions. Just keep the ball.

Rachel T, Lincoln: The Lions cannot sit back and think their blindingly obvious superiority will get points on the board. They have to stay focused on getting the small things right.

Alex: Both Lions wings really struggling with their kicking game so far. Maybe keep it in hands?

The Wallabies spoil the ball on the ground to end another dangerous Lions attack. That area is somewhere they have got right.

Other than that, not much has gone right.

Maro Itoje goes for the line but is held up.

James Lowe can't get his hands free and another chance goes. That ball had to go. The Lions win a penalty and go for the corner.

This is a really good response from the Lions. Huw Jones goes close as the Lions go battering towards the tryline.

A winger would have had the pace to finish it. Too much for McCarthy to do, he did get a hand on it.

Yes, it's only 10 points, but the gulf between the sides looks stark. There wasn't much belief from the Aussie rugby public before the game, and there has been little in the first 25 minutes to instil any confidence.

But while the Lions have dominated, they have also made a few mistakes. They could be out of sight.

Andy Farrell more than once referenced 'big game players' in his media conference and Tadgh Beirne is living up to the tag. On his first start for the Lions he's won two turnovers and made the most tackles after 23 minutes.

And again! Tommy Freeman does great to gather the ball on his toes but sends his kick straight out.
