This country is full of incredible stadiums. They seem to have an attitude of a chipped brick means the whole thing has to come down and then they seem to build a spanking new one overnight.
Beautiful things, too. And then there's the GIO Stadium here in Canberra. It's not the bonniest, but Brumbies fans love it, so nothing else really matters.
We were told it was going to be freezing. It's actually mild, but I might not be saying that for much longer. A lovely night for it, at the moment.
The Lions, through various talking heads, have been talking about starting big, playing direct and punching holes. It's the Test match Lions versus the depleted Brumbies.
This needs to be very, very convincing from the Lions.

Lions tourists visiting Canberra should know the War Museum is by far one of the capital city's great attractions. But you'd need to go further back than even the First World War to find the last match-day squad in Australia, New Zealand or South Africa without a Welsh representative.
The 'Prince of Threequarters' Gwyn Nicholls was the sole Welsh player on the tour to Australia in 1899 - he missed only two of the 21 tour games played.
Jac Morgan and Tomos Williams were the only two Welsh players selected in Andy Farrell's original squad with the latter forced to withdraw through injury. It was perhaps inevitable that Wales' proud record would tumble during this tour.

What do I want to see from the Lions?
Accuracy. A massive reduction in error-count. It looks like a Test team so we want to see cohesion and efficiency, to build confidence ahead of next Saturday.

Andy Farrell has paired Ireland centres Bundee Aki and Garry Ringrose together for the first time in Australia.
This comes after Huw Jones and his Scotland and Glasgow Warriors team-mate Sione Tuipulotu were paired together in the midfield for the first time on tour on Saturday.
Rather than one centre from each nation, it looks like Farrell has now moved towards picking a tested midfield combination.
Aki and Ringrose will therefore both need to perform after Jones and Tuipulotu impressed.

A difficult Lions debut at full-back for Hugo Keenan on Saturday against NWS Waratahs has opened the door for Scotland's Blair Kinghorn to nail down his Test spot.
Kinghorn had a solid outing on the left wing on Saturday, but with James Lowe primed to start the first Test, the Toulouse back knows 15 is likely his best chance.
It was a tight call before the tour started between Keenan and Kinghorn, so a massive performance from Kinghorn could just make Andy Farrell's mind up for him.
Strong in the air and an illusive runner, there is nothing in Kinghorn's game to stop him doing so.

What do I want to see from the Lions?
The next step in their evolution into a fully-formed Test team. Up until now, they have played with an ambition and a freneticism which comes with people trying to catch the eye of the coaches.
Now is the time to demonstrate accuracy and cohesion of on-field and off-field messages to produce a performance worthy of a Test-ready side.
